Does anyone have any recipes for dips that are free on EE? My OH loves dips and as we're having a lazy weekend some home made dips with veg sticks would help stop him (and therefore me) reaching for the crisps and chocolate.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

Hello all
Ok, as promised, publicly to you all, I am firmly superglued back onto the wagon. (Can you all shift along a bit to make space for me??:))
I can't afford to go to classes anymore so plan on doing this with the support of you lovely :jpeeps on here.
So, the naughtiness stops now (after a training day at work with loads of yummy food). Tonight's tea is Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and Lentil curry with rice.
WI for me is going to be a Weds morning after my shower and before I eat anything!!!!!!
Can't remember who, but someone asked about easy brekkies. Waht I have done before is get a "fry up" ready in a take away type box. All precooked the night before - bacon, sausages (beware of syns;)), eggs (scrambled work best), mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans (don't need pre cooking!!) or tinned spaghetti (again, don't pre cook). Then, in the morning, 2 mins round the microwave while kettle is boiling...... bob's your uncle:T!!! (I did this at work and EVERYONE was well jealous!!:D)
OK, because of long time lurking (from beginning of Dec - as Skintslimmer noted!)...
Well done Mrs M on a fab loss....:T:T:T:T:T:T:T (where do you find such fab smilies??)
Welcome back DizzyK..... and congrats on bionic ear:j
Hope all broken limbs are mending well (Skintslimmer:))
Well done to all losers and of you have gained, Oh well, it'll come off again... Honest.

dizzy - welcome back!!! and congrats on the bionic ear!!ruby_eskimo wrote: »Ooohh can anyone find out the syns of the Quorn swedish style meatballs please?
What do these taste like? Are they like the quorn sausages? I'm veggie but have never eaten meat so I dislike the 'meaty' texture of the quorn fillets and bits, but I can just about eat the mince and sausages.
Cheers
