I was very sad and measured it out - deffo closer to 250ml so a very naughty but very nice 8 syns

i can be sadder than that, Ali. I measured a 175 ml measure into my favourite glass and put a little dot of nail polish to mark the level, so I didn't have to guess any more :p

Right, time for bed before I eat any more. Now I'm at target I am taking the instruction to "add another HE rather than syns" very seriously. I keep grabbing another oaty bar!:D

Big hugs for Owly, hope tomorrow is better :)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Morning everyone!

I'm still in a little bit of shock, but the scales confirmed this weeks weight loss at a crackin 5 1/2lb's.

Not bad considering I was really uninspired early on in the week, but probably did have a little weight loss 'assistance' as I had some dodgy salmon mid week, IYNWIM!

Hope everyone has a good week

Morning all. Sounds like a few good losses yesterday, well done all losers!!! I'm feeling a bit more cheery now, nearly the weekend!!!

MrsM, I'm making your spanish rice with chicken and chorizo tonight. Do you usually serve anything with it or just have it on its own?

OH and I were talking last night about whether we should save up to move or extend our current house. We live in a bungalow and a few others near by have already lifted the roofs to put bedrooms upstairs. We had a look a while back at one around the corner and it was brilliant, so much more space! OH reckons we could afford to do that next year and still be mortgage free so I think we'll go with that option!! It makes sense really as we live on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with no houses behind and lovely views out onto the only hilly part of flat lincolnshire!!!

I'm having a green day today:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - soup (its deffo not curry sauce today!), leftover roast spuds (SW style), HM coleslaw (0.5), melon, grapes
Tea - spanish rice with chicken and chorizo (HEB + syns, need to check how many) served with ?
Snacks - apple, might have a celebration or a square of choccy depending on how many syns are in my tea!

Any more info on the spanish rice with chicken & chorizo? How many sins would the chorizo be? Hope its not too many as it sounds yummy :)

    Morning everyone!

I'm at uni today and started the day off with a cheeky (quorn) sausage and mushroom toasted sandwich on wholemeal bread. Was very very filling and don't think I'll need anything more till I get home this afternoon, but just in case I have a box of fruit to tide me over! Having an even cheekier skinny triple shot latte from Starbucks too, but didn't have any syns yesterday so I say it's ok! Tonight going to have some pasta with extra light philly, spinach, mixed mushrooms, courgette and some peppers mixed in to make a lovely creamy cheesy bake thing. Hope you all have a wonderful day and don't forget, it's almost the weekend! (Even though some of us have to work Saturday *grumble grumble*)

Hi all, lost 2.5 last night (shockingly!) to make it 9lbs in 3 weeks :j

Really chuffed with that - and then I found out afterwards I'm 5 weeks pregnant :o

I want to carry on with SW if everyone will let me (I need to!) but not sure now how my weight loss will go once bean starts growing :o
