Thanks blackberry - i know, but have had a bit of a erm "dyno rod" (!!!!!!) week..... so the pizza was then end of a day that ended in biscuits. But being oin A an E with a friend until 0130 and then getting up for work at 0630, a stressy day and all has led to a mammouth amount of syns to have passed my lips.
I am off out tomorrow and will indulge in wine.... and, to top it all it is getting geared up for * week. I feel a gain coming on.
But, on the up beat, you lot make me gioggle and keep me on the straight and narrow (most of the time) and on the odd occasion that a hole appears in the SW tank wagon, I know that all your hands will pull me (and my bum!! LOL) back on and glue me back in place.
Sorry for being a grumpy guts. Am off to bed!!

was it a giant glass of wine? I only pay 6 syns for my glasses of 175 ml, or it's 8.5 for 250 ml (that's red; the scores on whites are higher in general I notice, I'd never looked at them. Perhaps just ignore me)
I was very sad and measured it out - deffo closer to 250ml so a very naughty but very nice 8 syns :beer:0 -
Half a pound off for me this week. Better than nothing and more than I deserved. I got my 2.5 stone award! YAY!
Back on the wagon now. Had a green day. Veg and weetabix for lunch, spaghetti carbonara (made with a schwartz packet) for dinner.0 -

Beef Style & Sweet Red Onion Burgers, twin pack, chilled, 80g each FREE on all plans
Wow free!!! thanks for that, I had syned them as similar ones in my book were at least .5 syn so had less syns yesterday than I thought
Going back to my last WI I am now sure my scales were on the blink, they said -2.5lb but weighed next day and was only -.5lb. Weighed again today and still -.5 so will go with that, seems about right to me certainly didn't feel like a -2.5lb loss. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Went up to the village SW meeting tonight as I wanted to say hi to my original consultant - he had text to say he was going to be there. He has been off work since before Christmas and is still not well enough to do the class yet. Was great to see him.
Stayed for Image therapy which another consultant is covering - have to say I am really not keen on the meetings - will be back to the club by work next week for weigh and go!
Will make the effort to return to the village meeting once my consultant is back but not sure I will go to the eve meeting every week as the after work weigh in suits me better.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Has anyone else seen the milkandmore offer on the grabbit boards?
If you sign up to milkandmore (local milkman) before the end of jan and you can get £10 worth of shopping delivered free! I just checked the offers onthe site and they have ww yogurts for £1, ryvita dark rye for 79p and 6 pack of muller light for about £2.50. But, first order up to £10 all free :money:
It looks like you can order stuff for delivery up till 9pm so would be fab for the times you realise you have no sw food in the house for tomorrows breakfast/lunch. Think I am going to order bacon and eggs for delivery saturday morning for breakfast
Sorry, not sure how to post a link but a search for milkandmore will do it,
