TK Maxx usually have a great selection of trays. I got 2 Judge ones from there a few years ago and they are great. Can't rememebr how much they were but definitely less than a tenner.

I must say, for chips and any other 'dry' roasting food I couldn't do without a Quickachips.

    http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/101276992/Quickachips_Mesh_Oven_Tray.html

Well worth the price, great piece of kit.
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
  • I've got the same mesh tray as wootball & it's great so would second that recommendation - got mine from Home Bargains, similar price to the alibaba website.

You could also try using a re-usable Teflon non-stick cooking mat on your existing trays - they're brilliant, I actually cooked the roulade on it a while back, nothing sticks to it!! You can even put them in the dishwasher which is great if you're a lazy moo like me. Again I got mine from Home Bargains for about £2.

kelly , think your right about low blood pressure causing the dizziness , I am on pills from the hospital for this very problem.

I managed to burn my mouth when tasting the curry I made , my lips have blisters on them so it now hurts to eat , hey might loose weight after all :rotfl:.
