    Thought I would report in.

    Red day

Brekkie - 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms.

Lunch - BLT using 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (HEb). Fresh fruit salad with yoghurt (half syn)

Dinner - chicken and mushroom stirfry using frylight. Green beans as a side veggie.

Snacks - fruit, fiber bar (HEb)

    Milk for coffee as HEa

We sure are loving this way of eating - getting good now so I can syn a recipe at a glance ;)

Oh I forgot to say - all you who have upped your exercise and not lost weight - consider you might have increased muscle and we all know that inch for inch muscles take up less space than fat but weigh more - could be your answer.

thanks , I have been going to the gym so might explain it slightly.

woke up this morning and I am so dizzy I cant leave the house and am finding it difficult moving room to room. Think is my hormones causing this, cos I seem to have a pattern of it.

Peachyest , I had some weetabix last night to try to move things along and all it has given me is wind so far :o. (sorry TMI) :rotfl:.

Morning all -its only blinkin snowing here  hopefully it won't manage to settle, poor ole hubby is itching to get on the golf course :p

Well last nights dinner was nice -even if it took me 2 attempts to eat it ..... I don't know where my appetite has gone? but no doubt it will be back soon :p.. todays meal plan has changed slightly as I used tha gammon stock to make soup last night -its mainly lentils n chickpeas, so I will have a bowl of that for my lunch instead of the salmon I was planning - well waste not want not :D..... and Im going to be making the classic chicken curry later -and instead of using a tin of tomatoes Im going to use some of the tomato/veg sauce I made yesterday ;) - hope its nice as its a new recipe..
hubby has scuttled off to work all :D as he has home made bread with organic butter, salad and some of the ham/gammon I cooked yesterday ..although he has put in a request for more of my 12 speed stew  -I thought he would like it but not THIS much ..he took it 3 times last week.. so I guess I will make another vat at the weekend -haven't got room for it in the fridges at the moment .....
well my meal plan for today is:-

    1A+B and 11 syns
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • activia (2.5)
    • mixed berries
    • 1/2 grapefruit
    • gammon, lentil + chickpea soup
    • frozen berries
    • activia (2.5)
    • classic chicken curry
    • spoon of rice
    • peas/corn
    • leeks
    • cabbage
    • fibre plus (B)
    • 250ml semi (6)
    • lychees
Well I have done some more sorting out, Its making it much easier and it will be even easier when it comes to moving PLUS Im trying to be ruthless and put plenty of stuff into my "car boot" boxes towards raising funds for my trek.... Im not sure I will be able to makes myself be quite so ruthless when it comes to my kitchen stuff :o..... well there are limits :D actually the last time we moved the removal guy nearly had a break down (even though I packed most stuff myself) -he said that the average kitchen they move has a max of 8 packing boxes for their kitchen.... I had 17 -and I have added to since :rotfl:..guess I have a slight kitchen fetish :D
Anyway -I had better get off for now.. have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work!!

The Wii says I'm down a pound. If that happens tonight at WI I'm fairly sure I'm going to try and kiss the girl weighing us.

Hi Sweetserendipity - what's so addictive about your HM pasta sauce? :) Please share your recipe ;)

Lol, it's really nothing special - carrots, onion, celery, mushroom, garlic & passata with some black pepper & chilli thrown in. I love the texture though, I use a Braun Multi-quick chopper thingy for the veg (not the mushroom, I chop that into small pieces separately) so it's very finely chopped & then saute them in half a teaspoon of olive oil for a while before adding the passata & spices. It makes enough for 3 portions for me, using a small carton of passata from Aldi.

    Morning everyone :hello:

I've just had a mahoosive breakfast so am feeling stuffed!! :o There was method in my madness though as I'm meeting a (very slender) friend for coffee later this morning & I don't want to be tempted by cakes or scones in the cafe.

Having a neutral day so far as I'm not sure what to have for dinner yet (so much for making my meal plan :wall:).

B - brace yourselves!! :rotfl: 2 scanbran (2), 3 ex-light cheese triangles (half HEA), 2 egg/mushroom scrambled eggs (half HEA for splash of milk) & baked beans :o
L - nothing planned after that huuuuge brekkie!!
D - nothing planned for that either!!

Will have yogs & fruit at some point & very likely a fibre plus for supper.

Re the dynorod problems, I do get really bad wind with it :o but I tend to eat mine alongside a couple of scanbrans so wonder if that's why I 'go' more when eating it, iykwim?? I certainly don't get bunged up with it. Goodness me, what a subject for this time of morning!! Shouldn't someone be talking about Maths geeks by now?! :p:rotfl:

Skintslimmer, good luck for physio on Friday, sounds like you might need to put your feet up (literally??) more than you have been doing.

Have a good day everyone
