Muller lights are 4 for £1 in sainsburys. I took the plunge and bought some. Had a toffee one so far and felt quite sick following it. Going to try freezing it instead but it's not looking good.0

Hmm. Went for a short walk today, and think I'll need to join the dizzy club. Had a really odd dizzy spell, luckily when I was only yards from back home. Bit P'd off about that, because I have been deliberately going for the walk later on in the day because i'm feeling a bit dizzy in the mornings, so made sure I had a good meal inside me first :mad:Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0

ooh dessert alert - ww (or muller) vanilla or toffe yog, chopped banana and half a choc digestive bisuit (2 syns) crumbled on top - bannoffe-rific!

Had my WI today -2 1/2 lbs, which i am really pleased about because i had 4 night shifts last week and thought it might have stopped me losing.
I also got slimmer of the month as i have lost 8 1/2 lbs all together over 3 weeks.
My graduation ball is in a couple of weeks so i would like to lose another half stone if possible.
Last week i went to ballet, pilates x2 and step and i am really enjoying the classes and to continue with them over the next week.
I just need to be on the ball and organise meals and lunches to stop me just having crispbreads and cheese triangles!!
Today
B = Fruit and fibre and semi skimmed milk (HE A&B)
S = grapefruit
D = rivita x 3 (4.5), cottage cheese (1), ham, beetroot
S = persimmon fruit, diet lemonade (would have been snack a jacks only the kids have eaten them all!!)
D = left over lamb done in slow cooker with tinned tomatoes, corgettes, harrissa paste, sultanas, (blast forgot the onions, hmmm should i put them in now and some carrot?) served with swede and sweet potato
Good luck to everyone this week xx“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -
I would say no chance of a loss this week, and probably the same for the OH again unfortunately - we haven't been to the gym once, because we were trying to shake things up (we usually go 6+ times per week) and just stick to the eating plan. We had our Wednesday treat last week and then said that we would deduct them from our weekly syn allowance, but then we both seem to have just grazed on some poor choices which won't have helped at all.
My birthday next Monday too, so the weekend ahead is going to be a write-off. Oh well, I work to live, not to diet!
4 stone 1lb down so I can afford to go up a little over the next two weeks!Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

Evening, hubby has been in hospital all day having tests done. They thought he had a blockage or burst something in his lung. So they did a chest xray and his lungs are fine but his heart is much bigger than it should be. They also think he has gallstones and he has something weird on his liver! They have discharged him for the moment but he has to go back for more tests.
Thank you everyone for the concern.:AThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

4-packs of ww (vanilla/toffee or citrus) yogs are currently half price in the co-op 87p :j
Skintslimmer, any idea why you're getting dizzy spells these days?? Don't want you tumbling down the stairs again!!
G&B, any update on hubs??0 -
Sorry, cross-posted with you G&B, good that he's been discharged but obviously still a worry for you. xx0
