  • ooh I've just watched it count down the seconds - did you win it?

Its unclear if it'll include the new-ish extra easy plan, but if it doesn't you will soon get the hand of it from us on here :D

Went for a very good price too, compared to what some of them on there are going for.

I stir the white choc one into some Total 0% greek yogurt, tastes like cream x

Now this sounds quite interesting! Do you mean stir in the powder?? I'm gonna have to check this out - I've got some of that yogurt in the fridge and couldn't think of something nice to use it with.

    Cheers hun :j
  • Skintslimmer - I know it was a great price - justified it with joining price and cost of 4 bus trips lol ! V happy about that as I've missed out on 3 other sets because I wouldn't pay over £15.00.

I have put some sentences in bold so that hopefully you will see some reasons you have told us why your week wasn't the success you thought it coud have been. Synning the night of weigh in is nice, but it has got to count somewhere, so it depends if you're talking 5 syns over, or 95 ;) We had a lady at my last group who couldn't understand why she wasn't losing weight - I popped to Tesco after class one night and saw her buying a pack of 4 cream cakes - apparently she eats them all after a disappointing WI, so she was constantly putting herself at a disadvantage for the following week! OMG I could never do that .... :A:rotfl:

Antibiotics - even though the blockage has cleared, you might still be holding on to water this week.

What was your food consumption like last week - were you suprised to lose? If so some of our bodies work a week in arrears - mine certainly has a couple of times ;)

If you suddenly went from all red or EE to green, it can take your body a while to adjust - and you should see this week's loss catch up with you soon.

I don't know what's on the fast forward plan, is it the strict eating weighing everything one? you could try upping your superfree and speed foods - there used to be a plan called success express, which was like EE but you had 1/3 of your plate red/green foods, 2/3 superfree. I find when I eat like that (by choice or by coincidence!) my weight drops off :T HTH.

    Thank you,

When i said i had gone over on Monday - it was only by 6 syns so 21 for Monday!
I wasn't surprised to loose the week before it was a good week
I normally have green days - tried EE the week before as i was setting an example to my brother! (who lost another 2.5lbs this week (9.5lbs in 2 weeks!)) :T

I have heard of Success express - might try uping my superfree foods - even tho i believe i have at least 1/3rd superfree even if on a green day!

I have a big page to page diary that i write everything i eat when i eat it everyday and looking back on the week i lost - the only real difference is that i had a chinese on the Friday (within syn limits) & done EE for 4 days

Strange that i normally loose when i have a chinese on a friday! Maybe it is the oil/fat clearing me out? :rotfl: I have even had my biggest losses on weeks where i had 2 chineses!

Shame i can't afford much atm - damn credit card! Maybe i could chat up DH???

Hey ho - it is a new week & i am determined to beat my brother! we have bet £1 that i will beat his weight loss this week!

I WILL loose 3 stone by my birthday
I WILL loose 3 stone by my birthday
I WILL loose 3 stone by my birthday

(£200 waiting for me if i succeed!)

    Thanks again

Options big tubs of hot choc are about £2.50 usually but at the moment MrT's has them 2 for £4 :money: including begian choc, orange and mint flavours

I love it just as a hot choc - Options is the most chocolatey one in my opinion (and a friend who is a chocolate addict once told me she thought they were the best ones so if it has her seal of approval i'm happy!:))

I'm not sure if you can do anything else with them but i know some people mix them with quark to make a choc dessert (i've never tried it tho)

Options (the powder) are lovely stirred into either quark (which is a bit thick) or into plain yogurt - heaven! I usually only use half a sachet too.

Been eating quite a lot of Superspeed soup - holy christ that blocks me up insanely. Haven't gone in about three days (sorry for TMI).

I agree with wootball. I love the soup and probably eat too much of it. I find the soup fills me up.

I have had an idea. I'll make the soup without the pulses tonight and slightly increase other ingredients.

    And drink more water.............

ooh that sounds good I will have to try it in yoghurt.
not sure i'd like it in quark, too savory in my eyes (i use it for pasta sauce etc)

I must NEVER EVER EVER go to the work canteen when I'm hungry:mad:. Had a meeting til 1 (and I normally eat at 12) so I was completely starving. I had a cajun chicken salad ready at my desk and supposedly only went to get a diet coke. Stupid sandwich bar tempted me away! Hopefully it is salvagable though. I had salmon and cream cheese on two small slices of wholemeal. So I think I will count the cream cheese at HEA, one slice of wholemeal at HEB and add 6 syns for the second slice of wholemeal. That leaves my food diary as:

    B - fruit
L - salmon and cream cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB + 6syns)
    D - cajun chicken salad
    S - fruit

It totally was not worth it!
