Yes I won the books and seller said she joined 4 months ago so they should be up to date. Really looking forward to starting now as my sister is going to do it with me.. will make it easier as I'm staying with her while on extended Mat leave. I would defrost it first so it doesn't dry out..or what about poaching it gently from frozen and then just whacking it under the grill to colour?

Awww thank you all for such a lovely warm welcome
I had a good day yesterday and managed not to go over my syns. Which is usually always a problem for me
I have had a banana and 2 slices w/m bread for brekkie.
Baked potatoes with philly and mushrooms and a muller for lunch.
Dinner is roast chicken with roast potatoes, and I have lots of veg to choose from, I am using the leftover syns for gravy and stuffing !
I have some grapes and a fridge full of mullers to keep me going later. I am such a snacky eater, thank god for mullers :rotfl:
hope everyone else is having a great day !Little Miss Sparkles :A
