morning all
no loss for me today as I have been cheating my little butt off and i dont deserve it so ho hum back to day 1!
The SW-style hm spring rolls were nice I am pleased to say, will def make them again! Same as the samosa recipe but with stir fry veg and soy sauce.
Have now bought myself some lady grey tea to have in the morning - it's citrussy and very nice without milk, so i can save my HEA!! :j
EE today:
Brekkie:
pot of tea
scrambled eggs on 1 slice toast (4 syns)
chopped blackberries mixed with ff natural yoghurt
lunch:
betty's amazing non-minestrone veg, bean and pasta soup!
Ryvita minis (HEB) with 1/2 HEA low fat cheese
snack:
blackberryrum's mocha latte
1 syn for the options in it (half a sachet)
1/2 HEA for the milk
dinner:
turkey stir fry with veg and rice or noodles
(sauce made out of ginger, chilli, spring onions, garlic and soy sauce)
total syns = 5
I find it a bit weird that I can up/down the syns by HEB'ing the ryvitas rather than the bread...Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I had a sneaky peak at the scales also and I seem to be up 2 pounds!! (First week back on track) - do you guys think it's because I'm coming from a low carb diet and have been adding in more carbs?
Typical diet:
B: "fried" egg sandwich - egg done in frylight - 2 slices of 400g loaf (HeB)
L: HM veggie and beef chilli (extra low fat minced beef - loads of onions, mushrooms, carrots, toms etc)"fried" gammon steak, toms and onions with a "fried egg"
S: a couple of mandarin oranges, a pear
Syns: 2 small glasses of white wine
HeA is the milk in my coffee
Exercise: I'm training for a marathon at the minute so yesterday I ran (slowly!) 4 miles, rest day today and 5 miles tomorrow - I'm averaging about 15 to 20 miles a week - and still flipping 14 stone!!0 -

Hi all,
I havent been around for a while, this thread moves so quickly and work has been so manic that I havent had time to post or read what you're all up to.
Hi to all the newbies, and well done to those that have lost or STS, for anyone that has had a gain, keep on going. There are so many factors that effect weight loss, on the Biggest Loser last night Gillian said that being stressed out can make you put on weight  Now call me silly but I would of thought it would have the opposite effect!
Anyway my meal plan for today is
B - Fibre plus (b) apple, satsuma.
L - mug shot with poached salmon, watercress cherry toms and cucumber
D - j potato, cheese (a) sweetcorn, spring onions and prawns.Options (2) blueberries and f/f yog.
It is my Birthday on Friday so I'm limiting the syns until then I will be 30, and I know its going to be a messy one.
Does anyone on here regually order Joe's sausages? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure these are the ones recommended by SW and are fairly low syn. I really miss sausages, but am bit of a snob and Morrisons just don't cut it :rotfl:
I was going to suggest placing an order at my group tomorrow night, does anyone have any experience of them??
Hope everyone eljoys their dayCurrently takling Barclaycard - £67/£350Debt free date October 2014:jDoing it for my girlies!!:j38lbs lost in 2011SW for May 8lb/7lb0 -
