Lost 5 and a half on the weigh in last week yay! Had a terrible week though, trying to get on track but it's so hard. I'm away with work for the week and it's hard to know what I'm getting in the hotel has the amount of syns I'm predicting. What does everyone else do in these times?!Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0

Thanks all for the comments
here's my meal plan for the day (green):
B - oats (HEB), FF yog
L - HM SF brocolli and stilton (0.5 HEA) soup
D - 2 x eggs fried in frylight on HM WM bread (HEB)
Snacks - clementine, pear, cheese (HEA)
Drinks - coffee (skimmed milk - 0.5 HEA), water, small wine (6syns), soda water
Exercise - Wore toning boots all day
Total syns = 6
I'm off out for my weight loss hynotherapy :j and then I'm going on a date(hence the wine listed). I'll save a few syns back just incase I have some food later, taking the car so may not even have the wine as I don't like to have a drink, but think I'll need something to calm my nerves!
Will report back tomorrow!

I love that 'phillinara' I used half a 200g tub for OH and myself and synned it at about 3.5 as on EE everything else was free.. I loved your pic DKAM. Could you give me a brief description of how you made it? Mine was delicious but looked a bit grey (probably becasue I stirred the cheese into the mushrooms and bacon pan)I can't believe the thing about having to buy the raffle prize!!! I've been to a few different groups over the years and the consultant has always bought the raffle prize.
In my group the consultant gets the raffle prize - two actually, a bag of fruit and a bag of veg. We all try to remember to bring somethiing free to put in a bag for slimmer of the week.happybunny86 wrote: »Lost 5 and a half on the weigh in last week yay! It's never easy! I've found in some hotels breakfast is fine. I usually have bacon, mushrooms, egg, tomato and hope any oil isn't going to do me too much harm. There's often some fresh fruit available too and sometimes I've been to a hotel with all bran. Evenings it's steaks or gammon with jackets and salads or pasta with tomato based sauces. Take a bag of fruit for your lunches of hope you can find some salad or jackets.0 -

That looks yummy, definitely going on the meal plan:DDontknowanymore wrote: »I also find the evenings hard, I get an attack of the munchies and don't know how to deal with it, especially when it is for smething sweet, not chocolate always, just sweet.
I love vanilla fat free activia, maybe have one of them with a crushed meringue nest(2.5) syns and some berries. Yummy fake eton mess for 2.5 syns.
Thanks for the good wishes yesterday, i'm feeling almost human now. Still off plan though, was still sick this morning so been being careful, mostly digestives and soup.
Well done losers!
Can i kindly request Wootball gets off the SW tank until after the erm 'blockage' has cleared? Worried for our safety:rotfl:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I'm worried about his OH's safety when the dynorod does eventually work!! Wootball, you could try the dynorod/scanbran combo - that definitely get's things moving!! :rotfl:
I have been soooo hungry today, had major munchie madness!! Had used most of my syns by lunchtime, just couldn't fill myself up
B - 2 chocolate weetabix (HEB + 2), rasps, banana, milk (half HEA)
L - 4 scanbrans (4) with 6 extra-light cheese triangles (HEA)
D - pasta with HM sauce & 21g lighter cheese (half HEA), followed by a baked spud with cottage cheese/another blob of HM sauce
Have also had an activia snackpot, pear, 2 clems & a fibre plus (5.5). Had been planning on a pitta for dinner to use 2nd HEB but I forgot to get it out of the freezer so I think I'll have another FP instead as still feel a bit nibbly tonightDon't like feeling like this & I wonder if it's because I haven't been eating soup for a few days as that really does keep me going, in more ways than one
