Oh God, I love McCoys! I have a real weakness for crisps but Pringles & McCoys especially! :drool:0

Have just signed my life away for online support and have just tried to enter the food I have eaten today. Oh my god its dire, is it just me or is it actually rubbish. For eg today I had salad for lunch and part of my syns was 50g Tesco finest coleslaw, I went to input it and it does not let you edit the amount so I have to add 100g to my diary at the cost of 6.5 syns.
I also wanted to input my own recipes, I made chilli tonight and wanted to put my recipe on as it would have a minute syn value due to the tbsp of treacle I always add at the end.
Please someone help, I only signed up because I wanted to do my food diary online. It says once you pass a certain point then you are committed but it seems very unfair as you don't actually get to see how crap the food entry is until you have pressed that button.
I don't remember the online side via class being this rubbish.0 -

I'm away with work for the week and it's hard to know what I'm getting in the hotel has the amount of syns I'm predicting. What does everyone else do in these times?!
I'm exactly the same! I tour a lot with work, was away last week but thankfully in an apartment with a cooker. this week I'm in a b&b....just hoping I can get scrambled/boiled eggs with beans or cereal of some kind...I'm wary of the sausage and bacon as they might fry it in tonnes of oil and I'd feel cheeky asking!
When I'm at work I try and eat salads, ryvitas and jacket potatoes from town...I'm hoping I could get some cooked salmon or veg from the local M&S tomorrow!
It's difficult being away from home but I try to be really strict with my syns and snack only on fruit or fat free jelly/yoghurts.
If anyone else has any top tips that'd be great too!!

Why not have a bowlful unblended & then one blended the next day & see what you think.0
