  • Morning peoples!
I'm feeling so good today, eating more than usual seems to have satisfied me, can someone have a look at the plan I posted last night and tell me if it's ok? don't want to be over eating! x

I'm going for an EE day today, having cottage pie for dinner, just need to figure out what to have for lunch!
Hope everyone has a good day x

Not SWing today, tummy still very tender so will be eating dry plain food in the hope it settles down.

Bit stressed too, hubby went up to the late night clinic at the hospital last night as he had a really bad pain in his side. He doesn't do pain, thinks its for wimps(ex marine commando), he once drilled through his thumb and just pulled it out and carried on working:eek: So he must have been bad to go to hospital. Anyway he text me at 5.30am to tell me they had kept him in but didnt tell me why. I text back and he hasn't replied. I don't want to phone as its really early but getting a little stressed:(

Morning all, day off for me today, I need to stay away from the shops so will be around all the snacks at home :o. Just had banana and muller for breakfast will sort the rest of the day soon.

For those looking for sweet things to eat yesterday, I found this recipe in an old sw mag I was given the other day. They are fab :p

SW Choc and apricot brownies - 4 syns each - makes 24

100g low fat spread suitable for baking
8 level tbspn drinking choc powder
    4 tbspn artificial sweetner
    70g caster sugar
    3 eggs
    100g self raising flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    250g dried apricots chopped
    1 tsp vanilla essence

melt spread in large bowl in micro, stir in choc powder, sweetner and sugar, add eggs and whisk till smooth. Stir in flour and baking powder, add apricots and vanilla essence and mix. Pour into baking tin and cook for 18- 20 mins at 180°c till just set. Turn out while its still warm and cut into 24 brownies.

Have had to hide them from the kids

Gunsandbanjos hope you hear from hubby soon, mine is like that too, takes large chunks out of his hands at work and just tapes it up with gaffer tape and carries on, so I know what you mean, when they admit to pain it must be bad.

Dontknowanymore, I think your food looks fine for a green day, but I only did my first green day yesterday so I am not an expert.

    Have a good day everyone

    morning,

i think i am green today but i am never 100% sure until it gets to dinner time lol

b - venti skinny cap with sugar free syrup (5/hea), hifi (heb)
l - ff yogurt, blueberries, apple, caramel snack a jacks (5), 2 babybel (hea)

dinner i will probably polish off the last of the veg and butter bean dyno rod soup/stew concoction.
and will add a wholemeal pitta as a heb.

I have decided that I am going to stop going to group now. I was going to wait until I got my club10 but really whats the point paying out that money (prob a few weeks worth) just so i can get a sticker!
I will be weighing in at home at the same time and still writing it in my book
  • I am totally gutted - i can say hand on heart i had a 100% week and at last nights WI i put on 1lb!:eek::mad:

I know last monday after WI i had over 15 syns but every other day since then i have not had more than 15 syns a day! Maybe i should cut down to 10? I have been back on my green days as they suit the budget better!

I did have antibiotics last week for wisdom tooth which caused troubles with my toilet habits, but the course ended on saturday and things have been back to 'normal' since then! :rotfl:

Maybe i need to up the exercise?

    Am seriously gutted!

    Food for the day (green)

    B - Pawridge (1/2heb1) with 175ml fat milk (hea1) (whoopsied milk - 25p for 4 pints!) and banana
    S - cherries ... nom nom
L - Pasta with left over casserole sauce which includes baked beans, canelini beans, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, onions
    S - Muller light & Apple
D - Left over casserole sauce with quorn mince with swede & butternut squash ... nom nom
    S - 6 scan bran (1/2heb1 + heb2) with Quark with options (2) & 4 quality streets (8)
Other hea is milk in coffees
So that is 10 syns - goin to keep to 10 all week!
Aiming to drink my 1 litre bottle of water on my desk!
I WILL get on the exercise bike tonight!

Going to make SW quiches for rest of week lunches tonight with plenty of onions & mushrooms & peppers - if someone would have told me 2 years ago i would be eating a huge tub of mushrooms a week i would have laughed in their face as i used to hate them! Now i don't mind them!

    Any other suggestions?

I don't want to do fast forward - would blow my budget & it is too strict!

Sorry for the rant - well done to all losers & good luck for WI (not that you need it!) x
