Hey!! Go for it! You've nothing to lose...except weight as they say! Iv found it much easier than I ever imagined it would be.
Haven't took the plunge to try red and green days yet as iv found the Extra Easy plan so versatile and simple!0 -
Happy weekend everyone!
Does anyone have any exciting plans?!
I'm still touring with work, were just about to start our first show of the day but my lunch of poached eggs and beans on toast will keep me going for ages! Feel so satisfied after that! Busy day ahead, and I'm hoping tea on the go can be a good one!
Does anyone have any top tips for if you can't have access to a cooker?! Salads and tuna pasta are starting to wear a bit thin now
enjoy your day everyone!0 -
can anyone tell me how to do slimming world roast potatoes? heard someone talking about them but cant seem to find them on the sw website0

1jim - same way you do normal roasties, just use fry light instead of oil. Cut pots into the size you want, par-boil until soft but not mushy (maris pipers are the best), drain & leave to dry (give them a shake before leaving to dry so you rough up the edges), spray a tray with frylight, add potatos to tray, spray potato's with frylight then cook0

Par boil your spuds for about 4 mins, drain and leave in pan to cool slightly, then shake them up in the pan to roughen the edges. heat the oven to 220, spray a tin with frylight....spray the spuds...season with a little salt & herbs if you wish & spray again, then bake for 30-40 mins (or until golden & crispy) turning occasionally0 -
thanks guys, roasties with dinner tomorrow for me then0
