I am thinking of making syn free chips today to dip in a curry sauce,

A 390g tin of tesco value curry sauce is ... 18.5 syns .

I thought if I have 48g of it , I would be having around 2 syns which isnt too bad.

just cant think what to put with the chips ? I dont fancy egg today.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

:rotfl: Didn't take too long for the conversation to get back around to poo, did it? ;)

Never does on this thread tho does it :rotfl::rotfl:

This, please do get checked out, or try going wheat & gluten free for a while. I spent a period of time off gluten and dairy, and it did me the world of good, and I will do it again if I feel the need to :) if you are getting those symptoms after 2 weeks off it, I have a strong hunch you are likely to be intollerant, rather than celiac, as the effects for that tend to be more noticeable after 6 months off.

    COUGH COUGH! :p

I'm only jealous. Have fun! How did physio go today?

Not tooo bad, a little puking....and a lot of feeling like I was going to - but the extra effort doing the home vestibular rehab has really helped ;) wont be long until I'm back to being able to catch them balls when they throw at me without going green :D The balancing & standing unaided is still coming along nice and steady....so I'm getting brownie points there :Tjust need to get going now with actually 'walking with no help :o'.....getting frustrated with that bit as it just doesnt seem to be happening as quick as I hoped.:( hey ho - my surgeon did say it could be another 12 months yet for my brain to learn it all again (just having one balance organ)

Not just strawberry beer but a cherry one and I am sure I have had a banana one over there as well :D. Enjoy

I've only ever managed to find it once and I cant even remeber what shop as it was so long ago, I think it may of been Sainsburys ??
  • Aww bless my Mum, she has invited me for dinner and just asked me what special things she needs to get, seeing as I have do do the tatties anyway there isn't anything, I'm going to get the cauliflour cheese from Sainsburys 'be good to yourself' range, only 2.5syns for the 400g pack! :j
I have so missed caul cheese! :D

I'm also going to try the diet coke chicken this week, and something with pork mince, my thai friend used to make this really nice and REALLY spicy tomato based dish with pork mince, a bit like bologneise but very sharp on the tonue and she had it with rice an cucumber x
