I realised after I posted it it sounded more dramatic than it actually was - sorry to make you feel queasy!I won't go into any more detail, but its not deep.
Feels like a bad day for me so lets add it up and see (that's a sign of a bad day I don't even know my syns!)
B - Porridge (HEA and HEB)
S - Banana
L - HM veg soup and low fat noodles
S - Snackpot and approx 40 (overestimated) jelly belly beans (8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), wasn't even a handful but I did eat one by one.
D - Spaghetti with spinach and roasted peppers and Cranks pasta sauce (3) full fat cheddar (didn't weigh so more like 2oz rather than one (12)
S - 2 finger kitkat (5.5) and white choc options (1.5)
Were you on Extra easy? if so you can go green, and count 1oz of cheddar as a second healthy a, and one as a second healthy b, which makes your overal daily syn total 18, which is only actually 3 syns over the maximum daily of 15. so that's a total 30 syns, only had 18 over last three days sso still ok but feel bad, I didn't sleep well last night and was really hungry when I came in, its a bit of a lesson in being unprepared so onwards and upwards tomorrow.
Lots of birthdays on here this last week or so, have to add mine to the list for Monday but I'm not a big birthday fan so will be keeping it slimming world friendly as usual
Considering you're well under in the last few days, it really isn't a problem, so don't sweat itAlthough I must admit beign unorganised has cost me lots of syns, too, so you're right to try to be more organised
And happy Birthday for Monday too
Congrats to Dizzyk and Skint_Catt (and anyone who I've missed) on your losses! I want to weigh myself again, but fear any loss is a false one what with not wearing the pot any more - that must have been a lb or two!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
Hi all
had 1st WI this week. was really excited as had been on it 100% all week, religiously and i feel much better in myself already.... but then only lost 2lbs. Would be pleased with that any other week but really disappointed with that on week one. I stayed to group and am really trying hard not to be de-motivated, especially when all the other newbies had lost 4 or 5lbs. Gave in the food diary so will be checked i havent gone hideously wrong but have done it before so not a SW virgin!
nest WI is on my birthday so was going to have holiday week but decided that would be dangerous so going to go and hope it pays off:wall:Trying to get a grip :think:0 -

but if its a superfree soup of any description what would it matter if you did have 3 bowls of it ? fair enough i guess if it was just free soup - pea and ham or something for example ...:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Funny eh I said last night as I'd lost 2 stone I would have one of the 3 vegan mars bars I'd got in my choc tin (yep you can get vegan mars bars!)
Decided against it in the end - and ate a pile of grapes - funny how tastes change! Thought 12 syns in one go was too much.
I'm meeting a friend for lunch at my fave Mexican restaurant Sat - use to go 2-3 times a month but since joining SW last Sept Ive been once! I had veggie chilli and rice last time but it was a bit dry. I'm wondering if I should risk my fave meal - quesadillas? I would ask for them without cheese or sour cream or guacamole and go for plain mixed leaf salad, fillings are either refried beans or cajun chick pea rattatouille. Those are the vegan options but not sure which is best - I have a tin of refried beans which is fat free but would a restaurant add fat?
They are served in 2 tortilla wraps.
Dont know if it's worth the risk or not but really dont fancy chilli.
I'm back on a roll of losing again now after a sluggish Christmas so dont want to go off track.
I ate at a friends last Sat and had tirimisu and cheesecake and some food cooked in oil and lost 2lb this week - will quesadillas be a bad choice?Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the welcome to the thread. WI tomorrow am so fingers crossed! Hoping for good result as it's the first week.
B: Banana & FF yog, black coffee
L: Quorn fillet & cucumber, black coffee
D:Steak & salad, 2 x white wine (6 syns each)
Might have an alpen light in a bit as a snack.
Thanks for all the soup recipes on here, some of them sound fab so could be making soup on Sunday. Made some SW houmous yesterday which was pretty good and free on green so perfect snacky food.I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...0 -

I lost 2 in my first week as well but 4 in my second so don't worry, 2lbs is FANTASTIC, in 21 weeks thats 3 stone (my target)

well I never knew that...stupid question I'm sure but do they tatse the same or are like soy cheese and more of a subsitute?will quesadillas be a bad choice?
not if you're willing to eat low syn the rest of the week, but the chilli would be a safer, closer to the plan choice...but sw isn't about restricting, we can eat whatever we like as long as we're willing to accept we might not lose that week. Have a flexi day and get straight back on the plan*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
