    Had a good green day.

Used 1/2 an A for tea and coffee

Breakfast Alpen light x 2(B), nana, yoghurt (1/2), clementine, apple
Lunch Baked potato, Cheese (1.5A), pickle (2), yoghurt, clementine
Dinner WM roll (B), quorn burger (2.5), ketchup (1), chips and beans

Both A+B and 6 syns used so far, will have something later, maybe a kitkat...

Happy Birthday Blackberry Rum - sounds like you are having a nice day!
Hope the colonic goes well - as I said before - it is an interesting experience. Without going into too many details all I can say is that the quote from the 'experience' for me was "who's been eating sweet corn?"....... so be aware of what you eat today will be seen tomorrow! lol

Yeah, I thought of that halfway thru noshing the corn :rotfl:

thanks for the hippo birdie wishes everyone. I am now officially one year older. And next week is my one-year anniversary at SW so I do hope I reach my target!

That soup (carrot, butternut squash, potato, onion, garlic, spices, blended then a can of mushy peas) is bloomin' lovely. It was almost thick enough to stand up a candle in it.:D
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Hi everyone

After attempting SW last year, before going to Florida.....(enough said!), i re-joined on Wednesday!

i have been reading this thread regularly though and you are all so strong-willed! Hopefully I will do as well as you lot - you certainly give me inspiration.

I have been good so far but then again, it's only been 2 days....just gotta try and get used to my new way of life ;)

Hmm not sure you'll want ot hear this, they only have a value for beef burrito and its 37 syns on all plans, yes 37, probably not a good idea in your first week..... and an extra 20 for the rice if its a red day

I'm doing extra easy as I haven't got my head around red or green yet! I read 37 syns in the book too and thought eeeeek!!!! Although iv only used 5.5 of my syns so far this week can you save them up to go towards a big night or do you lose your syns if you don't use them each day?!
