Forgot to check in my food earlier...
Breakfast: 28g bran flakes (heb) onkon ff strawberry yog, banana, blueberries (still working through the 11 punnets!)
Lunch: Quorn mince cooked with peppers, courgettes, onion, tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning and chilli powder, think I'll get some crab sticks to munch on after or even dip into (yes I'm odd)
Dinner: Pork chops, potatoes (heb) carrots, greenbeans, oxo stock cube with water (instead of gravy), more blueberries and ff plain yogurt
Snacks – I’ve got 2 apples, 2 satsumas , blueberries, grapes, cherry tomatoes, 5 extra light laughing cow (hea) 250ml semi skimming for teas, not sure I’ll eat all that but it’s there instead of reaching for the team choccy and biccies at work.
Syns: options Belgium choc (2)*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Step away from the Go Ahead Bars!!!!
They are:
Go Ahead, Apple & Sultana Cereal Bar, 30g bar - 6 syns on all plans
Go Ahead, Crispy Slices, all varieties, per slice - 3 syns on all plans
They are made by a big biscuit making company so bound to be high!
Vege your not allowed are:
Peas
Sweetcorn
Parsnips
Potato
There is another but without looking at my book - i can't remember - i am a green girl myself! So all my vege is free!0 -

If you want to do anything else try success express
It is the same principal as EE but you eat 2/3 super free and instead of counting the lowest syn value (e.g. sausages 1 syn on original and 4 syn on green - take 1 syn for EE and 4 syn for success express)
If you don't like the sound of that - eat scan bran instead of your hi-fi bar!
Also try and drink more water - flush it all out
I have a tip for the days before WI - try not to eat foods with too much salt - like bacon etc.

omg those go ahead bars are high , I will be avoiding them .
I wonder if the other vegetable I should avoid is carrots ?
Because it is a high carbohydrate food.
So if I wanted parsnips I would have to count them as syns , right ?
I see people mention Alpen light bars as 1/2 a B choice , surely this is too good to be true - please tell me it is true :rotfl:.
also knorr stock cubes , are they 1 syn each ?
I just looked on ebay for slimming world books and cant believe what they charge .Kindness costs nothing0 -

Carrots are free on all plans. Parsnips will be a HEb (weighed) or syns, yes. You can have 2 Alpen Light bars as a HEb.
All stock cubes are free - the gel stock however has syns (I believe). Stock made from chicken carcass (etc) is also free if you scrape the fat off.
SW books are cheaper from Slimming World classes than anywhere else.
