Morning all,
Blackberry, happy birthday, for whenever it was/is!
I had a bad night's sleep (ab muscles still hurting when I go to turn over & wake me & neighbour's yappy dogs super early), so am feeling the munchies cravings today. I have a bowl of left over shepherds pie in the fridge to snack on if need be, and it's full of superfree veggies, so no need to feel at all guilty either.
I've not made a 100% decision about tonight's dinner, but here's an idea of it for today:
Extra Easy again:
B - strawberries, banana, lf natural yogurt
L - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans
D - sausages, mash + lots of veggies, gravy (2 syns)
HEA - Milk in teas
HEB - fibre plus bar for snack
Snacks : satsumas, shepherds pie, slices of ham
That leaves me lots of scope for treats later if I want them to use up my syns.
I'm at the gym again later, so might let myself have something this evening as a reward.
Right, I'm off to hang the washing out, and make a nice cuppa. Have a great Wednesday everyone, and good luck to anyone weighing in today. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Weigh-in tonight.
Oh god
Oh god
Oh god
Oh god
Oh godWhatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
