Is it me or are the UK Biggest Losers really whiny this year? I think Angie is a bit sick of them too! The US version on living tonight is good though - mahoosive people this year!!
I ended up looking up sausages on the syns online and there are some Highland game ones that are quite big and half a syn each. There were some that you had to order online that were free bit I can't remember their name - Joe's??
Some fab losses on here this week - WELL DONE to all the losers!
I am having a goodish week, but have jumped up behind you Dizzy on the tank-wagon!! Super glue at the ready!
Must wake up DH and Bertie the cat as it is choir night - tra la la!
    Have a good evening everyone!

Well I’m pleased to report that despite my best efforts at sabotage I actually lost 4.5lb this week :T:j:beer:

And the consultant gave out a recipe for 12 speed soup which I’m guessing the is same as dyno rod soup?

Here's to another week of slimming world...and due to the loss I feel spurred on to stick to the plan 100%

Well done, brilliant loss, be extra careful next week or your sabotage may catch up with you then.

Dynorod soup did start out as 12 speed soup until a certain person, who shall remain un-named, found out that it had special powers and so renamed it :rotfl::rotfl:
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Does anybody have a recipe for mayonnaise? I generally do extra easy, but it doesn't have to be free, just not ridiculously high.

I always use Helmans extra light though I know some people don't like it. If you are one of those people, you could use a mayo that you enjoy and mix it half and half with fat free fromage frais. Add a little mustard powder or horseradish sauce for a bit of a 'kick'. This way you're effectively halving the syns of your mayo.

Right folks. DD1 and I are taking my little Grandson to DisneyLand tomorrow for his (and my) very first look at the Disney characters in the flesh. He's a bit little to get excited but I'm making up for him :rotfl:

See you next week  Be good :A

Joe's sausages are sanctioned by SW and can be bought online. In order to get free p&p you have to buy around £50 worth, but if you can find someone else to buy as well, it's worth it. They're very meaty and rather luscious.

While being a good low carber (and learning all the tricks to abuse the 'way of eating' :o ) We used to drain natural full fat yoghurt to get all the whey out of it then add some sweetner and use it to top cakes/puddings.

Has anyone done this to low fat yoghurt? Would it alter the syn value?

BTW - the resulting goo that was left was very thick and called 'Yoghurt Cheese'

Grrr, just put a new battery in my scales, found the only patch of flat floor in my cottage and I've not lost a jot. Grrrr that'll teach me to be bad at the weekends :( Still two days until WI - but I have no speed foods in :(

    Hello

Took my knees until this afternoon to recover from Zumba last night:rotfl:

    Foods been ok today:

B- weetabix, rice milk and blueberries (HEA/B) (must start having a different breccy somedays!)

    Mid morning - banana

L- leftover pasta/sauce, grapes and blueberries and soya yoghurt

    Mid pm - apple

T- Frys veggie wok strips - done in bit of fry light and then added ginger, garlic and a pack of stir fry vege plus endame soya beans and some light soya sauce - really nice!

Snacks - not sure what to have yet as not had syns, and still got a HEA and HEB left but not hungry yet and for some unknown reason I'm not wanting my daily eve treat of a tiny amount of dark choc - 2nd day running that now and most unlike me!

Not going out walking/jogging tonight as don't think the knees would thank me, max of every other day to start with!
