Morning (just!) all!!! I'm having another bad day at work. Have had to book a day off tomorrow to get my uni work done, I usually get to do it here but I haven't even managed to write fifth of my assignment!! I'll be soooo glad when my course is finished!!! WI for me tonight, quite looking forward to it as I've been really good all week. OH has requested pizza for tea - Wed night after WI is the one time I give him a free reign and we have whatever he wants and don't have to SW it!!! He's very good about having my sw food the rest of the time so its only fair!!! Plus I like a treat too!!! Yet another green day for me so thats a full week of green here:

Brekkie - rice, yogurt, half apple, half pear
Lunch - batchelors savoury rice, toms, cuc, onion, jalapenos, jelly (0.5)
Tea - pizza (about a million syns no doubt!!!)

Going to Mr M tonight so will look out for the BOGOF fibre plus bars, thanks whoever mentioned them.

Hi everyone, after doing slimming world many years ago
I decided this morning to have another go at it :).

    About me , I am 42 , 5ft 1" , 10 stone 11 :o.

This past week I have been laying in bed unable to move hardly due to a trapped nerve in my spine, so all I can do is eat and be lazy .

I do not have my old slimming world books anymore , so thought
I would ask a few questions before I get some.

I want to stick with original days so wonder,
Is swede a free food on original days ?

Also how many syns do KRISPROLLS wholegrain have - they are 51 calories each? I got them in the co op and they taste amazing with cottage cheese.

think thats it for now , but am sure I will think of some more
    questions ,lol.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

We do the same on a Wednesday (Chinese tonight :D) but be careful with Pizza. One slice of Domino's is about 25 syns, so it's extremely easy to blow your whole syn allowance for the week on one pizza.
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

    Thanks

I love those KRISPROLLS, you can have 3 of them as a HE B choice I like them with mashed up boiled egg on, nomnom. As far as I'm aware Swede is still free on all plans. Good luck, and you've come to the right place, although be careful some of us are completely mad. ;)
