DIZZY - Don't go worrying, like peachy says get the water down you and just remember to go by official tank in future and you'll be fine. xx0

Hi all, my happy mood has totally disappeared today and am feeling very ! Got millions of work to do but got called into a totally pointless meeting where I sat from 11 til 3.30 bored out of my tree and contributing nothing! On top of that there was food and I was sooooooo hungry I couldn't resist :wall:! It wasn't too bad - a smoked salmon sandwich - but it means I can't have any syns tonight and its WI tomorrow
!
But onwards and upwards, I'm planning on making the SW Italian Mushroom Pasta for tea tonight and finishing an application form for a new job. Don't really think I'm qualified for it, but still worth a try:undecided. For tomorrow I'm having the usual fruit, yog and oats for brekkie and then either left over mushroom pasta or chicken pasta salad for lunch.
I'd like to join the SW tank, but frankly I'm scared of the smell! I can sit on the top and keep an eye out for the evil fairies!:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

Blackberry-rum, are you keeping very quiet about the exact date of your birthday? If so then I'll wish you a very small and genericfor whenever it is or was
thanks, and to everyone who has wished me HB in advance -it's tomorrow actually, so I will "open my cards" then....
I just looked on ebay for slimming world books and cant believe what they charge .
As SkintCatt has pointed out, the cheapest way is to go to a class and get the books - also you get almost all your information in one go instead of having to ask a question here and a question there - go for it!redmel1621 wrote: »Good afternoon, my lovelies:D..
I am using my HEa on milk, but I can't for the life of me think what to use my B on...could I have some ideas of HEb's on an EE day please. I don't have the starter pack etc as I am doing this myself from home.
Mel x
Mel, the HEBs on Extra Easy are, I'm sure, exactly the same as those on red/green days, except obviously you won't be using the meat ones as HEB as meat is free on EE - if you see what I mean. Its all the fibre-y things.
Right, well I got a diary sheet from the consultant last night so I can concentrate properly and not keep *ahem* forgetting things. So far today I've eaten:
Free & superfree:
tomatoes, mushrooms, kipper, potato, banana, melon, muller light, spinach, eggs, onions, garlic.
HEA skimmed milk
HEB 2 x Alpen light
Syns: 1 sachet butter buds (0.25), pack of Walkers Sunbites (6? need to check), mozarella (2)
the meals were:
3 mugs coffee with skimmed milk
Breakfast: Kipper, lots of tomatoes and mushrooms, and a slice of grilled potato
Snack: melon, banana and mullerlight
Late lunch: SW quiche made with mashed potato base and including garlic, onions, spinach and mushrooms, and 2 beaten eggs, with 43g of mozarella sliced on top which works out at 5.5 syns but there are six portions - I ate two of them cos it is yummy so that's 2 syns on today's mozarella.
Supper: dunno yet but probably mixed salad leaves with cucumber, beetroot, spring onions and smoked salmon, possibly a bit of warm potato.
Oh and my one-cup hotwater dispenser dispenses 0.25L per splosh, so whilst I'm at home I can easily keep tabs on how much water I am drinking. I love hot water in winter. One litre drunk so far.
i bet you're glad I don't usually bother posting what I am eating :rotfl::jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hi made a breakfast quiche today , for those who havn't tried it and would like too here it is
1 pack low fat morrison or joe sausages
3 eggs
1 tub of low fat cottage cheese
1 sliced tomatoe
mushrooms
1 back bacon
Beat eggs & cottage cheese together , then chop everything else up and add to the mixture , pour into a dish , cook for 30 min , gas mark 5 .
The syns for this would be the sausages , if using morrison it would be 4 syns the whole dish , joes sausages are free , so its free then , on E/E ,RED , its great cold the next day , i normally take it into work with a salad .
The old recipey are always good to fall back on0 -
