I find the shifts difficult as well, menu planning for the entire week helps a bit. I used to take a lot of sandwiches but dont do that now (probably could if I used up some syns but have this thing about not using them up :-( ) . Pasta salads are useful for work, soups (but I tend not to find these very filling) I tried one of the mugshots the other day at work and was ok but was quite hungry by home time.0 -

But it gives me more food options so its a good thing. Feeling much more positive this week, and i'm drinking as much green tea as is possible to give my weight loss a boost! I'm determined to have a loss on Thursday
batcholers pata and sauce free?,,,,,brilliant:j another work meal sorted. Are all varieties free on extra easy..... can I check though, if all meals are supposed to have 1/3 plate with superfree foods do you have anything else with them? I have been having a fruit salad with my work lunches and counting this, am I kidding myself?0
