Today is green - shock horror lol.

Just had a coffee from my milk allowance, Just going to have a weetabix in a minute for 1/2 B and rest of A. Will maybe snarfle a banana too.

Lunch will be HM lentil soup and a WM roll. With fruit and yog for afters.

Dinner is falafel (4.5) and rice.

Need to have another A somewhere, and 1/2 B - probably an alpen bar. Or will possibly have a weetabix later if i'm hungry.

Both A+B will be used by the end of the day and 4.5 syns.

Lil_Me So was it a boot camp you went to? It is something I keep looking at at Thetford forest.

It was with the British Military Fitness. I'll be honest that after the initial running the actual session was fine and you can go at your own pace. I just didn't feel very welcome, but I suspect this is different depending on where you go.

    Well done!!!

    And Happy Birthday Skintslimmer! :bdaycake:

Today is going to be a (insert day here) day.

I'm off to a little farm shop about 30 mins south of here for lunch and I don't know what to expect to find to eat. I'm hoping there will be a nice veg or pasta dish but I'm keeping my day choice open until I know.

Dinner is going to be a nice roast beef with lots of veggies so just 2 syns for gravy.

Have a happy slimming day everyone :)

Minxz - been there done that got the T-shirt. What you really need to do is to get on the scales and face whatever is has in store for you. You never know - it just might not be as bad as you first thought.

Oh yes - no good looking backwards - that's not the way your going ;)

Well done losers, some great losses there :j

Wi myself this morning and have lost 1.5 so nearly back to where I was pre chrimbo and at the lower end of below target, I like having that cushion so if it all goes pear shape I'm still at target :rotfl:

Does this mean ALL the signs have changed now ?? Im confused :o doesnt take much to confuse me :rotfl::rotfl:

Yes [according to the article] all signs have moved back one, so I'm now pisces instead of aries, hubby is now gemini instead of cancer and son is saggitarius instead of capricorn. Aparently theres a big debate going on via the web so how true all this is I don't know. If you google it theres loads of articles about it. It just caught my eye thats all.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

D - Something with mince if it defrosts in time (otherwise Quorn burgers) and SW chips & veggies.

I'm a Leo too and would like to stay that way thank you! It was an article in the Daily Mail last week and I don't think it will take over!

I'm in the sts category this week - I know why as I have been struggling a bit on the food front - just need to give myself a talking too!

Happy Birthday Skintslimmer - have a good one! How are you doing mobility wise?

We are going to pick up a kitten today - I've not had a cat before as we always had dogs..... He is very cute and we are going to call him Jeeves or Bertie - we'll decide when we meet him! He's a Norwegian Forest/Ragdoll cross so quite sturdy and fluffy!

Just going to whack a chicken and veg into the slow cooker so we have something nice for when we get back!

NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........
