You'll be getting healthy and having fun! A great combo methinks! Let me know how you get on!

Running trainers should be fine :). Some of the ladies in my class wore them and they were ok :) I'm a size 8 as well with a wide foot (i call them my clown feet :p) and my lonsdale trainers fit ok, bit snug when i bought them but i wore them in a few days before i went Zumba and they were v comfy :)

Hehe! My shoulders ached more than anything and my hips ached a little but i was able to move the next day ok! (Unlike Tae Bo where i cannot move at all the following day! lol)

Does sound a great combo, was saying to my friend how we use to love jazzercise classes about 20 years ago!

I might wear my new running trainers round the house Sun - brought mens ones and bet they get too big as last time I lose weight my feet also lost weight:rotfl:

I did extreme body combat once and ached for a week after - even sitting down took effort!

As long as my cold gets no worse I shall go Mon see what I think.

    Evening all.

I've had a good day, keeping syns low to compensate for my treat on Wednesday, and now have plenty back in the 'bank' again, so it's going to situation normal after today.

    Food plan today : EE

B - 3 slices ham, chopped raw carrot - now I know this sounds really odd, but I was nibbling on this while I was preparing food for the slow-cooker meal I wanted to put on for our evening meal & that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
L - h/m quiche (with lots of superfrees in it), baked beans, tomato.
    Snack - peach
D - bolognese (incl. extra lean beef, onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomato, celery, peppers, carrots, tomato puree (0.5 syn), pasta, low fat cheese sprinkled on top (2 syns),
    HEA - milk
I forgot to eat my fibre bar, so that's the only bad thing really about my day's plan. Too late to have it now, as the sugar will keep me awake.

Off up to bed now. Have a good weekend everyone.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Sugary sweet, gummy - basically everything is brightly coloured sweetness, everything is perfect. Overly happy.

I'm guessing sweet and sugary?? Definitely not the sort of language we want to hear on a SW thread:rotfl:

I've noticed some recipes in magazine that don't syn tomato puree, so perhaps you've done even better than you thought.;)

well I think today is an EE one - seeing as my lovely Mr Dizzy woke me up this morning & brought me a bacon & tom sarni in 1 slice WM (large loaf) to bed :) (aww bless him) with the best cup of tea EVER (always better when they are taken in bed & made by someone else :p)

Ive not been awake long enough to think about the rest of todays meals, but I suspect It will be smoked haddock for tea _pale_ as Mr Dizzy took it out of the freezer last night

 now that explains the breakfast in bed!!.....sweetening me up to make sure we have yacky fish for tea :rotfl::rotfl:

Have a good day everyone & Be as good as you can :A glue all your Botties to the wagon !!!!!!

    Well done Skint-Catt! :D

Today will be a challenge as I'm having lunch and dinner out :( I'm off to Cardiff for the afternoon/evening for spa and show. Should be ok to have jacket spud for lunch and I've got to persuade my friend to go somewhere like Bella Italia for dinner so I can have pasta with tomato sauce rather than GBK or Pizza Express! Sometimes I wish I wasn't veggie so I could safly eat out SW style easier!
