schwartz sauce mix for sausages smoked paprika & bell pepper = 5 1/2 syns per packet
somerset pork = 6 syns0 -
Extra easy for me today:
B - Porridge (HEA and HEB)
S - Banana
L - HM veg soup (F) and Low fat noodles (F)
D - Spaghetti Bolognese made with masses of onions and peppers and served with spinach (F)
S - Activia FF Snack pot (F)
No syns today or tomorrow as I went out for a meal last night and there was a fair bit of wine involved!
Being a cheese freak the thought of Spag bol without it was a bit horrid so I bought some quark today (never tried it before), it reminds me of natural set yoghurt and i think it would make a fabulous dip, anyway so instead of cheese I stirred some quark into the bolognese which made it nice and creamy and no need for cheese! Can anyone help with syns for Kingsmill 50/50 - got some to use up & can't find it on the online syns tool!
Lost 5lbs at my first weigh in yesterday - a good start, just hope I can keep it up now!

Thanks, sounds good fun. I just hope I can find the energy to go back out once home, must get an early tea then go out about 7.40pm for the class. I will take water and a towel.
Don't mind paying if its fun and works - I was spending a fair bit on pringles/wine/beer/choc and cakes plus eating out before SW so £5 for SW and £5 for Zumba or whatever it costs is ok if I'm getting healthy!
I've only got my running trainers to wear - hope those will be ok? Got baggy gym trousers and a baggy tshirt, I don't wear leather trainers so find it hard to get decent ones, my converse won't be supportive enough. Have got a sports direct nearby but am a good size 8 so a lot of the ladies trainers/pumps are too small/narrow.
People at work say I wont be able to move the next day but then they have not been so will go and see for myself!
You'll be getting healthy and having fun! A great combo methinks! Let me know how you get on!
Running trainers should be fine. Some of the ladies in my class wore them and they were ok
I'm a size 8 as well with a wide foot (i call them my clown feet
) and my lonsdale trainers fit ok, bit snug when i bought them but i wore them in a few days before i went Zumba and they were v comfy
Hehe! My shoulders ached more than anything and my hips ached a little but i was able to move the next day ok! (Unlike Tae Bo where i cannot move at all the following day! lol)All hail to the sale!!!!!!
new beginnings...... new successes..0 -
Well I've resisted the urge to completely binge today. I'm feeling a little off but have been craving chocolate.
Lunch
Low fat supernoodles
Dinner
Mini kievs (5x 1.5 syns = 7.5 syns)
Potatoes chipped and oven cooked
Mushrooms
Carrots
Snacks
A bag of micowavable carrots and broccoli
Grapes
Mini milk (1.5 syns)
So that's 9 syns and no HE's. Pretty poor really. I'm just feeling a little deprived at the moment but am desperate not to binge. I'm even in bed now to get away from the chocolate.
Right, well tomorrow is a new start (and a new set of food shopping is being delivered) and in the morning I'm off to my military fitness session. Fingers crossed it goes ok!0 -
oh you've just reminded me I bought a bag of washed carrots (to eat raw, and take on the coach tomorrow to much) and I have the munchies now so I will chomp on one. Just as long as I never have to wash, peel, or cook them ....:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
