  • I've been to Zumba on and off. It works out expensive at £5 a class to go regularly but I do enjoy it and surprised how much of a workout it actually is!

My class is £4.50 a session and our instructor does a Raffle at the end where you can win a free session for the following week :) It may be expensive long term but the way i see it is that i was spending that on KFC twice a week before i started following SW!!

    Today's food - EE

B - 28g Shreddies* (heb) with milk (hea) *1 wg cb (top up heb) with nutella (1.5syns)

S - clementine, WW cake (4), Sugar Free Red bull

L - Ham and Pasta Salad (ham, tomato, pasta, celery, cucumber, lettuce, 1tbsp Hellmann's ex light mayo 0.5syns)

S - WW puffs (4) pear, clementine, Can of Sugar Free Red Bull

D - Sweet Chilli Beef (with added red onion and peppers) (1.5) with mushroom chow mein

Other drinks = 1 litre of water and cups of tea throughout the day

    Total Syns = 11.5

Am on the red bull out of desperation as the allergy meds are making me feel very very sleepy!! The red bull is counteracting the effects nicely!
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Been out all morning signing up for a literacy course, starts next friday at the local children and family centre, they have a lovely cafe there and the man who works in there makes the most wonderful vicky sponge, I did resist today though :j

I need to get into the habit of having brekie in the mornings, just waitning for my first food of the day :o

That's really good value, I get a discounted gym/swim membership with work, so try and use that more, but its definately not as much fun as Zumba!

I see you say you're making crisps.....will you be synning them? I made 'syn free' crisps a while back but they're not actually syn free as its misuse of free food so you have to syn the potato, its the same syns as it would be on a red day. Sorry :(
Hi lisa yes i will be syning them , i know its misuse , the same as couscous cake , it never used to be , but people like myself would stuff ourselve silly after a big meal and still didn't lose weight and wonder why .
I make them as a back up if i get hungry and my son 12 loves making them and eating them to :), thanks for letting me know anyway xx

L cous cous, boiled egg, toms, cucumber, onion, from frais & mint sauce. satsumas x2

T pork stir fry, peppers, onion, water chestnuts, carrot, 5 spice, ginger, garlic. rice or sw chippies?

syns I may treat myself to a glass of wine tonight  shock horror....that doesnt happen often eh ;) or a bottle of Mr Dizzys Corona beer nomnomnom (reminder of mexico while I watch the tan fade *sigh*) or I may just stick to the good old kitkat- decisions decisions :rotfl::rotfl:
  • I think I am going to mainly stick to green days with the odd EE day, I bought myself a piece of steak yestrdsay, trimmed the fat off and it came to almost exactly 85g which is the HEb weight, perfect!

I don't think I am eating enough though and at least with green days I know I can have weetabix for brekkie then still have my healthy extras for the rest of the day, this is the main reason I dont have breakfast as weetabix is the only thing I like at that time of day tbh.

If I post a couple of days food diarys this eve, can you or someone have a look and tell me where I am going wrong please?
  • Wootball - well done on your 19 stickers :) I'm sorry if it came across as bandwagon-ing and ganging up, it certainly wasn't my intention to do so. :( As you can see, I thanked your original post because overall I felt it was helpful and inspiring! :) I don't agree with your opinion that delavuating things is the best way to pick someone up, but I'm fairly sure you'll be of the same opinion as me in that the world would be a dull place if we all agreed with each other - surely that would be haribo ;)

Maybe that would have come across had I written the full length version of my reply, but I shortened it because I though that was less likely to cause umbridge  Anyhoo - sorry if I upset the kielter on here :o... as you were, nothing to see here

    MrsM - where's your donations page? Re-post please! :D
