    Well done all losers

Another busy day at work, more lugging boxes, but this time to the tip :D the clutter has almost gone! No proper exercise today, having day off.

    Green day for me:

B - oats (HEB), FF yog, small banana
L - HM SF brocolli and stilton soup (1/2 HEA)
D - Asda chickpea dahl, rice, riata made with FF greek yogurt and cucumber, mango chutney (3syns)
Snacks - small banana, 2 x clementines, cheese (HEA), fibre plus (HEB), jelly (0.5syns), LF creme fraiche (1.5syns)
Drinks - coffee (1/2 HEA for skimmed milk), green tea, water, NAS squash
    Exercise - 1.5hours lugging boxes!

Perhaps someone can answer my question about breakfast cereal: In the book, most cereals are coupled with various crispbreads. My preferred cereal is Puffed Wheat and as it's very light I get a generous portion. It's paired with scanbran_pale_:(. Does anyone know if I can just skip it or how I can calculate an alternative like Ryvita?

when I first started SW from home someone had said that you can have a ryvita instead of a scan bran. I dont know SW's official line on this tho. I don't have any scan bran so that's what I do anyway, tho I must admit I dont always remember it.

  • I would imagine it is. are you able to take a break from the coedine for 24 hours in order to shift it, and/or are you allowed to take senakot? Even with a double dose of lactulose, just one dose of coedine sets me back 48 hours! Its the pits isn't it :( Senakot is the only thing I have found to work on me.

I'm going to take a long break from them now, well as long as I can go, I think the constipation is making my back pain worse. :(

I'm back. It hasn't taken long to realise how much I DISLIKE the new website. Not only is it slow and often refuses to let us in ... there's no direct link from the home page to syns etc, and I cannot see mention of a Hall of Fame anywhere. Also, for a company making so much money they don't refresh the featured recipes very often, that brown  fruit compote has been on the Coffee Break pages for weeks (yup, I even looked on the Coffee Break pages for hall of fame!)

Why don't you write to head office and share your reasons for not liking the site? If enough people complain, I would think something would be done :)

Aww never mind hun.....just stick at it, there may be a really simple reason why its happened.

have you kept a food diary so your consultant can look at it and check what you are eating?

Are you making sure you are eating your HEA & HEB Every day?

Are you eating 1/3 superfree fruit/veggies with each meal?

Is it *week or anything? fluid build up could be the reason.

Stickers mean absolutely nothing so forget the fancy frilly add-ons that Slimming World try to use as motivation

What you CAN change is what you do from now on and that's all you need to focus on. One day at a time.

Actually, it's surprising how good the awards can make a member feel and if they give you something to work towards then they are very important to you.

I agree with the last bit of this post - forget the long term and just work to get to the end of today on plan, then do the same tomorrow and the next day until you get to target.
