that is 600g though, which is more than an average tin of soup (400g)
So you could have it across two days 300g would be 6 - 7 syns which is more manageable

    Evening all,

Well had WI tonight and it was a blinder, I lost 5lbs, so received my 1 1/2stone award, my club 10 and was slimmer of the week. :j:j:j:j
To say I'm over the moon is an understatment:D

It's the first time I've been slimmer of the week and the group was packed tonight, think I had about 4 lots of clapping :o

This thread is so informative, and I put my loss down to the support on here (even though I'm still somewhat of a lurker!)

Well done to everyone who has losses this week, and those who have maintained a little keep going, I have had 2 great losses after STS the week before so next week could be your week.

I hope everyone enjoys their evening.

More manageable but still  especially when I can make syn free soups, or for emergency lunch I can have a jacket spud and beans! I'll forget I ever saw them!

I have a pair of weight watchers scales that show your weight and can also calculate your bmi and I find them reliable.
Remember though that you need to weigh yourself at the same time if day and whilst wearing similar weight clothes for your reading to be accurate.

Yeah I think this may be where i'm going wrong. Keep weighing myself at different times. I use the wii fit too and think I may use the weight measurements from there as that seems to correspond with my bathroom scales for the time being. Will have to look into picking up some salter or weight watchers scales :)
