what about , puting the phily light in half a tub of quark over night as it will then change into it , and you have only used 3 syn for the whole lot , i use it to make my money go further .
I put laughing cows in it overnight
    mayo light
    houseraddish
garlic & herb philly or chives philly
    options - any
it takes the flavor of what ever you put in it , but it must been left overnight

Are they the really mahooooosive ones that are too big to bring inside ?? :rotfl::rotfl:;)

    Morning Morning Lovelies

Well done to all on your fabby losses from last night :j:j

WI for me tonight......watch this space :o

    EE again today me thinks

B 1 slice wm toast (large loaf) spread 2syn jam 1 tspn 1 syn

    melon

L Ainsley cous cous, boiled egg, toms, cucumber, onion

T (after WI ;)) not sure yet?? maybe chili & rice or spag bol with fruit to follow

Physio again for me today:( seems very hard work after a months break, the balance stuff is not so bad.....Im making steady improvements there :) but the head movement ones are making me awful sick - I wasnt doing anything very active when we were away and my brain has forgotten what it learnt :( back to the drawing board *sigh* and got to do them at home 4 times a day in between to re train myself not to throw up when I move my head too quick again.

    Be good you lot.....onwards & downwards :A
  • You honestly truly cannot taste pickled onion in the pickled onion soup :)

Thanks blackberry, I believe you :p
Hubby only has silverskins (buys them at Christmas) so hoping these are ok to use in the soup, maybe use 2 of them?? That's if there's any left by the time I get to make this soup, have loads of dynorod to finish first!!
Hehehee the butternut squash, sweet potato and parsnip was mine :D That is litterally all it is 1 big B.squash, 1 big S.pot and about 3-4 parsnips and onion and couple of cloves garlic.

I tend to cook them off a little first then stuck all my veg in and a little bit of curry powder gives it a lovely warm, mild spice taste too :) it makes enough for me to take to work for a week :)

Mmmmmm, thanks Veryvery, this does sound lush, will definitely be trying this.

I get a bit slow with my water when its cold weather :o have you tried fruit teas? Ive just started drinking green tea with lemon juice and that seems to be going down pretty well ;)

dizzy, does green tea taste of tea :o Hate, hate, hate normal tea with a vengeance, even the smell _pale_

    Morning peeps :hello:

More congratulations to even more losers - wowzer we are doing great aren't we!! :j Good luck to tonight's weigh-in'ers!!

Think I'll have another green day today, not feeling great for some reason so this may be subject to change :p

B - beans on toast (HEB) with 21g lighter cheese (half HEA)
L - 3 scanbran (3) with 3 ex-light cheese triangles (half HEA) & tomato, dynorod soup *inevitable parps*
D - baked spud or SW chips with asda chickpea dahl & baked mush & co-op wholemeal pitta (HEB2)

Don't really feel like the dynorod soup today but I've got about 5 containers of it in the freezer & I need to use it up as I need the containers!! Will try & have some fruit as snacks & may have a fibre plus for supper (5.5), see how I feel.

Have a good day everyone

I get the twinings ones, and put lemon juice & sweetener in.......nope it doesnt taste tea like at all - more like a wierd lemonadey thing (just make sure you dont leave the tea bag in more than 2 min OR use boiling water or it goes bitter ;))

I also drink green tea and it is quite nice and tastes nothing like tea. I drink ones which have been infused with something else as well such as green tea with Jasmine or with lemon or with grapefruit.
