Hiya
I also do not like the new website, cant blinkin find anything lol perhaps it will just take bit of gettin used to
Must share my dinner with you tonight (well not literally hehe) i made the stuffed peppers from the the magazine, instead of basmati rice i used a savoury rice, it was soooo yummy and filled me up, it says it serves four but i halved the ingredients but ate it all myselflots of superfree in there so all good!
If you dont have magazine:
Make up savoury rice as per packet and put aside. Cook some mince with finely chopped onion and garlic, cinnamon, cumin and chilli (optional) mix in finely chopped tomato, courgette, stir in the rice, spoon in the mixture into peppers (cut in half lenghtways) and put in the oven for about 15 mins, i had far too much mix so i just put the rest in a dish in the oven and ate that with it

I have these Sketchers boots for winter. I was after a pair for ages and found them in an outlet store for just £30 in Nov. They are so comfy, I can wear them all day long.
I also have the Sktechers tone up trainers. These aren't as comfy so I tend to only wear them to walk to/from work in summer rather than all day.
The only thing I dislike bout them is that I sometimes find it hard to feel the pedals when driving! It's not so bad in my car, it's when I'm driving the 17 seater minibus that it's worrying!!! :rotfl:

I know what you mean but in the opposite direction - I wear my fitflops and MBTs so much that when I wear "regular" shoes (1) I have to move the seat to reach the pedals and then (2) I am very conscious of the feel of the pedals! You can feel other shoes not supporting your feet properly cant you?

Hi can anyone tell me please the syn value of AINSLEY HARRIOTT world kitchen mexican style rice , also the the indian biryani style rice , thank you
Has the food directory changed much , i have the 09 one .
Ooooh I was just trying to log on and find these for you.....but I see DKAM did it already (so kind)
the 09 directory is not much different to the new one....apart from the layout of it - and a few updates.
In general the best advise I can give you is to look at packaging on foods - if it looks to have changed A LOT then its usually an indication that they have also messed with the syn values too(good advice given to us by our consultant)
Dont know if you know that morrisons eatsmart sausage used to be free.....now they are 1/2 each - notice the packaging changed too?0 -
Today has been a naughty day for me:(:(
lets say EE...
B - 2 bread, ham (B)
L - KFC twister meal - have no idea the syns... huge I'd think:(
D - Veggie chilli & rice (F) a nice come back you may think...... till I dolloped 2 tspns of sour cream on the top!!
But that is all I have had... as I had to do unexpected extra hours so didn't plan very well for it... hence KFC.
Slow cooker soup I made last night.... yuck. I really want to crack the SC cooking as I love them. I need to get used to not putting so much liquid in...will keep trying though,.. the little sod won't beat me damn it!!
Back to being good as I've managed to cram all my lessons Mon. Tue & today so 2 free days to concentrate on SW.
