I stayed the same :-( was dissapointed but also not totally surprised. Was invited out for lunch tomorrow with some work colleagues but just looked at the menu online and I could only really have chilli, which I'm doing for tea, or jacket spud and beans. No way am I paying £4 for a jacket and beans when I can do it in the office for about 50p!!! So thats what I'm going to do and will also use my dinner hour to have a trip to the market to stock up an fruit and veg. I aim to have 5-10 syns per day this week and also to do some form of exercise everyday (had set myself the challenge of 5 a week but have decided I can do everyday), even if it is just my 4x15mins circuits of the plant I work on lol!!! Uni tomorrow morning, will only be taking my 55p for a cuppa so I can't get bacon butties with the guys lol!! I WILL lose 2lbs next week! If I don't you can all kick me!!

Oh and class was horrendous!! It was mega busy but I thought I'd best stay! She started doing the image therapy and loads of people were taking between themselves which I find really rude!! I have to say, we've had a few men join in the last 2 weeks and it seemed to mostly be them doing the talking! In the end I had to leave as she'd only got through a few people by the time we're normally finished so I didn't get my image therapy anyway!! Ah well, I bet it'll soon get quieter lol!

uhum! I had a colonic last year, weighed in at group the next day

-4.5lb (I was 4lb off my target at the time)

After my 8.5lb loss this morning, me thinks perhaps I should book a session next Tuesday evening and improve my chances of getting slimmer of the week :D

  • For those with Shape-up, MBTs etc etc... please be careful wearing them if its slippery or snowing/icy. For all that I LOVE my MBTs and they have transformed my working life (I have had plantar fascitis, whcih makes standing on my feet for any length of time painful). However, I was wearing these when I had my accident, and I am convinced I either wouldn't have had it, or it would have been less severe had I been wearing shoes with a better sole for gripping.

So ladies and gents, by all means wear these, but please swap them for sensible boots or wellis if the snow and ice comes back! :)

puting the phily light in half a tub of quark over night as it will then change into it , laughing cows in it overnight
    mayo light
    houseraddish
garlic & herb philly or chives philly
    options - any
it takes the flavor of what ever you put in it , but it must been lefted overnight

It sounds like an alien being this quark stuff i have visions of putting random things in with it and it turns into them :D

sounds great , will have a go
what about , puting the phily light in half a tub of quark over night as it will then change into it , and you have only used 3 syn for the whole lot , i use it to make my money go further .
I put laughing cows in it overnight
    mayo light
    houseraddish
garlic & herb philly or chives philly
    options - any
it takes the flavor of what ever you put in it , but it must been left overnight
I am not a fan of quark.
TBH I mainly use my syns for meals anyway, so I dont mind having 7 or 8 syns in one meal as I'm a 3 meals a day kinda gal lol

Well done on some fantastic losses peeps, fingers crossed for everyone on this weeks WI.

I have been so busy this week this is my first chance to post. Meals have been fine so far with less than 10 syns each day. My slow cooked goulash on Monday was pants, not enough flavour but we all ate it anyway :money: :D. Tuesdays pasta bake ended up crunchy and slightly burnt as I left it on low in oven while I went to 'short' meeting that turned into 'long' meeting [god some people love the sound of their own voice ]. Last night I ate left overs & sw chips but was too knackered to anything else :o.
Hope to catch up with you all tonight, have a good day all [blimey sounded American then :rotfl:].
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
