Good morning everyone
Just put a few pennies into my savings account - £7.52 to be exact. Not much I know! But every little helps, right?

Hi,
We seem to have lots of new members! Welcome
I was doing really well .... until yesterday. I'm on half term holiday and had managed to avoid shops all week. In fact I have been avoiding shops for lots and lots of months now!!!
I bought lots of clothes yesterday, and some for my OH birthday..... and then I had my hair dyed and cut today and then cos I was parked in Asda went and bought shoes and stuff too!!!
I feel bad now but kinda pleased cos am going out tonight in my new clothes and shoes and new hairdo!! I will have to make up for it next month cos buillders will be starting soon.
OOOHH better not leave the house in the 6 weeks holidays!!!!!:rotfl:[0 -
Hey all
I haven't saved any extra this month - just serviced my Regular Savers (£1250) - so I'm not saving as fast as I'd like at the moment.
I got a tax refund yesterday which I might spend on a new PC...
I spose I should be glad no unexpected expenses have popped up *touch wood*!

I'm so excited! We managed to smash our £10,000 target for our house deposit! :rotfl:
Now setting our sights slightly higher and aiming for the next target of £15,000 (I want to aim for £20,000 but am slightly more of a moneysaving obssessive than my OH so I comprised ... for the time being!).
