Ah there you are Tara, was wondering how you were getting on. Had been hoping I might catch up to you by the end of the year but think you'll still be streaks ahead!:j
I should be well over my target if I keep doing overtime, but I'm saving for a big holiday too which is due to be paid for in the coming months so in effect I've got over £11k to save to get to that total.
You're not far behind me! I reckon you're going to overtake me soon too, you seem to be saving lots more than me each month.

Hi all, I've been away for a few weeks but thought I should update my total. I'm now on £37,006 so have saved pretty much £1,000 in June wayhey!!!
I'm well on track to get to perhaps £43,000 by the end of 2010 - my original goal was £40,000 but I have some back pay coming next month and have been super good with money so I am feeling very happy.
Still on the lookout for a house but nothing suitable in our price range...
Good luck everyone! You are all doing so well. :T:T:T
So impressed with how well you're doing on the savings front, especially with your holidays!Sorry it's late but I wanted to offer my condolences dippykitty. Hope you are ok xo
Thank you, I'm doing ok I think. It's been a couple of weeks now and still feels really strange but I'm getting there. She came home today, albeit in a pot but feels a little less weird to know that she's around, if that makes any sense to anyone!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -

Hi everyone
Now I'm not only jealous of the amounts your saving but I'm also jealous of your holidays! Anyone that can manage to have a 5 month holiday, well I can't like them on principle!:rotfl:
:trying to remember amount of holiday leave left:
:face like a wet weekend when realise it will be enough for a long weekend in skeggy:(:
You guys are all doing great, I'm living slightly outside my budget at the moment but still better than I was doing last month so should put away close to my target. I didn't think I was going to even get close this month. I'm planning one of my NSDs tomorrow so should be able to update my sig.

Not much saving going on here this month (seems to be a recurring theme over the past few months!) - too many weekends away and going to gigs. They were all awesome though so well worth it. This month is going to be back on track and you all have permission to yell at me if I'm not.......0
