    Don't beat yourself up too much about it. I have spend an extra £100 this month on things like birthdays and going out for meals etc. I should still have good month though:A

    Fell off the wagon today. Spent £30 in Primark. :(

    Oh well. 12 days to go, 3 successes, 1 failure.

    £30!? That musta been a whole new wardrobe if you spent that much in Primark! :T

    Not had a very good time of it on the savings front after having to shell out for various things so have only managed to put £100 into savings over the past month or so.

    Hi everybody by the way, first post. Long-time lurker and an avid reader of this thread.

    I'm a 27 Irishman living in the midlands. I have a target of saving £30k by the time I'm 30 and currently stand at around £9k.

    And yes, I did buy an entire wardrobe in Primark, practically :)

    I'm going to have to spend some money this weekend though. Smashed a bottle of foundation on the kitchen floor this morning. None of it can be salvaged. Luckily it's a cheap one, £8.
