But at least you have a nice new laptop!
My savings went a bit wrong this month, due to not getting paid when I was expecting to, and slightly overspending on Christmas-related things! Never mind, there's always next year... not very money saving I know but I have to console myself somehow! If I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.0 -
New year is around the corner, we "How much can you save?" gang should have a project for 2009. Perhaps some unique way of saving that we can all share and discuss to encourage us throughout the year. What do you think everyone?Mortgage Free 22/03/17

Its an ok idea. Thing is everybody is in different situation.
Lucy I think is thinking of moving still? (Or is that a def no no?)
I am at uni for 6 months and working fulltime for the other 6 months.
I think McSaver now wants to spend more money rather than save.
But yeh Xmas has been great. My mums side of family I got £240, my dads side I got £90. I was only expecting £100 overall! I didn't get many other pressies though, got a couplel of dvds and a couple of books.
Sales here I come!0
