Yeh my moneys in temp savings at the moment. Waiting until after xmas, if I have some left over I shall put it in my big pot. Each year I spend more and more, I feel guilty every year because people spend more on me than I do on them! :mad:0

I am 24 and just thought I would say what I am currently saving and please if you have a suggestions please post your thoughts, as I am a bit new to saving ...
NS&I Direct ISA --- £2450 (currently pay £100 pm) 4.80%
Index Linked Savings --- £500 (5yrs)
Bradford & Bingley Internet Saver issue 3 ---- £300 (currently pay £100 pm)
Pension - 10% Salary pm (this is contributed from work)
I currently have about £500 debt on my credit card but i will be paying £300 this week and clear it next month. Apart from that i am debt free.
I will then hopefully pay £300 pm to build up my ISAWhitemanD0 -
Im getting myself into a tight spot at the minute - Althoughmy entire savings with Icesave have been announced as being safe - I am potentially losing Interest income of £200 a month. If it takes the full 3 months (on the FSA) then i will have a shortfall of £600. My Christmas Is looking wonderful... Again!!!
