Thanks Beanie, hope you're having a nice weekend too :D

Yesterday was lazy and lovely. I got up at six twenty (damn cats....) which meant I could have done a lot of housework. Facebook and coffee proved more appealing ;) That being said, it was Facebook that told me that a good friend was heading to the Farmers Market in town so I wandered off to join her - after doing my frugal haircare thing and dying my hair. I didn't spend too much at the market, but got my favourite garlic cheese (NOM!!) and some yummy veggies and organic free-range eggs which meant that the natural choice for dinner was a whopping great fritatta with organic rocket on the side. That was very tasty indeed.

I also went out to the cinema last night with my best friend. We went to see Source Code which is utter tosh but entertaining nonetheless :D

Today I'm getting some washing out of the way while we have sunny weather and am about to jump in the shower prior to heading into town at some point for lunch with Souk which I'm greatly looking forward to. I might even go to town a little early as I really want to find some new shoes that don't cost the earth and I think a cheeky visit to New Look might be in order.

I have long been a lurker on your diary and I have read the majority of it. I subscribed a while a go and love reading what you have been up to. Well done on becoming DF. I am way past the 30 mark but I am finally being inspired by all of you.

Have a lovely Sunday and enjoy the sun. ;)

I've had a lovely day today. I managed to get all the washing done (to the point where I stole Mr Fresian's clothes while he slept!) so had four loads on the line before I went into town.

I met the lovely Souk in town and we grabbed a bottle of wine from M&S then went here for their two courses for £8.95 deal. We ended up going for three courses in the end, but the food was superb so I think I'll definitely be going back. We wandered the length of the shopping highway - hitting both Poundland and Mulberry within half an hour :rotfl::rotfl: I didn't buy anything in Mulberry - fear not - but I did covet wildly :D

I have to admit that when I got home I had a nap as I don't drink very often and can't really handle my liquor anymore :o I woke up with an early evening hangover but Mr Fresian made me some super-nommy garlicy pasta and now I'm right as rain.

I'm off work tomorrow as Mama and Papa Fresian will be down on Tuesday and I want to get the house in tip-top shape. I have to admit that tonight I'm staying up till 1am for the Greys Anatomy repeat though ;)

    Nighty night all.

In other good news, I have bought a Groupon deal today for dinner when we go to York in June. I also got a deal through KGB for dinner for two for £14 (two courses + wine) for a really good steak place in Edinburgh. Inspired a wee bit by Souk I want to start enjoying life a little bit more and worrying less when I spend money on fun things.

It also turns out that if I go to Groupon via Swagbucks I earn Swagbucks for anything I spend. Eventually that will make Amazon vouchers for me, so extra-woo there :D

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I have done a lot of lurking over the past couple of months and picked up loads of tips.

Glad you enjoyed your lunch date with your friend. As for me I had sunday lunch at my brothers very yummy, but alas no wine as I was driving:( I took a lovely bottle of red and just sniffed to get my fix. That said I can't hold my liquor well either. Very cheap and money saving when it comes to alcohol.;)

Just need to knuckle down and not spend too much and clear the debts being very good though and saving properly for my jollies later in the year. Got to have some fun. We all work hard so we deserve treats now and again.:D

Enjoy Greys anatomy. Will pop in again for a chat. ;)

I'm lazing around in my jammies, so here requireth the To Do list...

    • Do dishes
    • Take something out of the freezer for dinner
    • Cook it ;)
    • Clean bathroom (Bah)
    • Tidy living room
    • Sweep living room, kitchen & bathroom
    • Mop all of the above
    • Tidy crafting gubbins into some semblence of non-chaos
    • Go to Aldi and buy stuff
    • Write a shopping list before going to Aldi :D
I need to get at least half of this done. Wish me luck!
