Mmm there's a huge amount of Tripadvisor reviewers who have reported the same, makes interesting reading especially the reassurances by staff that the 'issue' is sorted...it isn't and just how many people are affected.

holy moley - I see what you mean...took me a bit to find them but filtering by 1-star reviews got me there.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I would LOVE to take advantage of today's Groupon - hot air balloon flight - something I have always wanted to do...but I know from a kerfuffle at Open Vegas years ago (involving the same company) that, for obvious reasons, balloon flights are regularly cancelled if the weather isn't suitable...and all (I think all) Vegas hot air balloon companies have a no refund policy (but you can reschedule or transfer to someone else)...if I could have any reasonable amount of certainty we could do this without a cancellation I would be all over it.

Is this really free? Sounds a little sales/ timeshare-y........ or maybe its just me being suspicious?!?

    Has anyone been on this?
I have Laughlins great and the buffets very good as well, and factory outlet shops. Like Beany babies and cheap jeans and trainer shops

There are also low cost trips to Laughlin to be found ($5-7.50) subsidised by the Casinos there. No Hoover Dams stop with these though.

I was there last March for a day trip, it was much warmer than LV too and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. now tempted to go this March.
  • Was just having a look (for a friend, I would love to go to Vegas this year but looking unlikely so far :() to see what 'big names' might be playing this year and noticed:

May 22 Sun Kylie Minogue - Caesars Palace 8pm

might be of interest to someone? ;)

Mixed reports...if you've already seen it you'll probably feel short changed as it is cut down to fit the Vegas 90 mins show tradition -on the other hand a friend who saw it for the first time in Vegas loved it !

Personally I'd rather see stuff in Vegas I can't see in London though

We have, we saw it at the Venetian. It was excellent, of course we hadn't seen the London verision so didn't feel short-changed at the length of the show. In fact 90 mins or so was just about right.
IMO it was far better than the Cirque de Solie "Mystere" that we saw at TI.

living in Plymouth, London is a long drive away, best we get down here is cannon without ball or bobby davro. Might risk it if we can get tickets on strip for it.
