Normally, I'd pick up a car on day 1 or 2, but as lots of people will be staying the weekend after CES, I'm going to wait til Monday to avoid the extra traffic. I'll need a few shopping supplies though (yogurts, fruit, toiletries, juice etc). Can someone remind me what's within walking distance? I'm pretty sure there's a CVS at the corner to Monte Carlo, but not sure if that's a pharmacy only. Can anyone advise where the nearest 'mini supermarkets' are around Cosmo?
it won't be as well stocked/as big/as cheap as ABC or CVS, etc. but there's a convenience store at the back of the Aria, near the entrance opposite the Vdara and by Jean Philippe Patisserie. That might be closest?
there's an open-plan men's clothes store under the escalators, and it's at the back of that... sells sweets, newspapers (including UK), some souvenirs, drinks, snacks, some pharmacy items...0 -

MayCan I please ask if the Virgin flight from Gatwick flying at 11.25 is from South terminal? Trying to arrange transport for 10 and think National Express is about the cheapest from Wales.
We've been twice to Gatwick from Wales for the Vegas flight...we usually stay overnight as we find it easier...and get the train...if any of your party are over 55 they can travel for as little as £25 return if you book your ticket in advance
I find the train far more relaxing than the bus and we only had to change ay Reading after getting on at Swansea:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -
AugustCan I suggest you increase your odds/payout by having $50 on each number rather than $100 across two numbers.
Also, I tend to tip on a BJ. I noticed that when playing low rent BJ tables overnight, I saw a number of dealer errors......in my favour. Usually when Ive got four or five low cards and the dealer sticks on 17 or 18.
Coincidence.....possibly. I rationalised it by assuming that I probably miss more errors against me than for me.
Not sure I follow the logic, the OP was only splitting $20 across 2 numbers, but assuming you did put $100 on 2 or $50 on 2 singles, the outcome is the same.
$100 split would pay 17/1 so if you took your stake back would return $1800
$50 on 2 numbers would return 35/1 so again assuming you took your stake back would return $18000 -

another vote for the Bass pro shop at Silverton it is HUGE, I also like the mermaid and I am not a child (I am male though)
The buffet is good and great value as well, if you do go for the buffet and dont have any bogof vouchers (they are in the ACG) you can get a discount by just signing up for the casino rewards card0 -
November / DecemberThe Bass Pro shop is brilliant. It had loads of animal scenes dotted around the place.
You can get there by Shuttle bus. Click for the link.
This one is a link to the Aquarium webcam.
