Can't get my head round this price

everywhere i've looked comes out at ~£600 for june 9th through 12th for the cosmopolitan terrace studio.

Except lowcostusa where it's £409 all in. is this too good to be true or should i get it booked asap?

Hi Folks Staying at Paris Hotel next month as part of a flight / Hotel deal with American Airlines. Have been booked into a "Luxury" room but from info i have gleamed from t'internet it seems that "Red" rooms are the best. Anyone know if the $20/ $50 dollar trick will work at this Hotel as we are staying for 8 days. Cheers :j

opinions differ on which rooms people prefer at Paris (depends on whether you prefer size, or how recently furnished it was) - there's also the additional 'P' rooms that people sometimes manage to obtain (limited number of these though compared to the Red / Luxury's as they're at the ends of corridors).

Have a search of this thread and the 2010 thread as it did come up recently re: Paris rooms.

As for $20 trick, I think we got upgraded to the red room for that amount for a 5 day stay (IIRC), but most of the time it's just down to availability and there's obviously going to be less availability at weekends.

Worst you can do is give it a try :)

yes book it, I am booked with them for the cosmo to, arriving on May 28, it was too good for me to pass up.

Major failure from me on that one Gracie. My finger was hovering over the book button for a week when a City Room was £328. It's £458 now.

Still not booked any hotels for our trip at the end of May yet.......have just been looking at the orleans. Can stop there for the first 4 nights (Mon-Thurs) for less than £200 including the resort fee accounted for. Seems great to me and those days we would have the car and be able to do trips out......is this a good price and would anyone recommend this place?

Another vote for the Orleans from me. I usually get a couple of nights comped there for mimimal gambling.

I would email the casino/ guest services and tell them how much you have heard about the Orleans etc from friends in the UK, give them your dates and ask for a good price, you may well get casino rates, it cant hurt to try.

I used to have an email contact but cant find it anymore, sorry

As for the resort fee, I believe (havent checked) that it is only $5 a day and the last twice I have stayed they havent even charged me that
