AugustAlso May 28th is UFC 130 at the MGM which I'd imagine will push prices up.
Good news for me though being a huge UFC fan. :T:j
oooh really jealous. My DH and I managed to go when there was a WEC on, its great if there's a fight on when you're there as it means there's loads of fight events beforehand. We got to meet loads of fighters - lots of signings at the Gun Store, LX fight store and Silverstar did a signing before the show.

Quick question folks, group of 14 of us in Vegas this Weekend coming, we are after a nice meal to celebrate a 40th birthday. Any good recommendations from anyone who has visited recently that can cater for a group our size.Nothing too OTT, or expensive, but likely to be a good experience. Ideally below $50 each please. Ta0

12th March Cotto v Mayorga WBA super light middleweight title fight
7th May Pacquiao V Mosley WBO welterweight title fight.
MGM announced they sold 16,000 fight tickets for the pacman already, minimum room prices a tad shy of $250 at the moment.
We are at the MGM at the same time as the Pacquiao fight. Just as well it was booked before it was annouced.
If fact I would put money on their being a big fight at the MGM the first weekend in May as there has been for the past 4 or 5 years when we have been there.
Both those fights were announced about 3 months ago and the room rates have been sky high since.0 -

You haven't said what type of food. Maggiano's at the Fashion Show Mall, which is an Italian, or Mon Ami Gabi at Paris, which is a French steakhouse, may fit the bill.0 -

MayHas anyone ever got student discount on cirque tickets? Was just looking on mgm's website at Ka and it says students get 35% off, but doesn't say how to get it, or what they'll accept as student ID!
I have a proper NUS + ISIC student card this year, but OH only has the NUS part.
Will obviously keep looking for better offers, but 35% off seems quite good if we can get it :TExcuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -

Doesn't look like the links work but it does say you can call to book - use the International Call Checker on this site to get cheap calls to the US.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
