    Have done my 30 min wii aerobics work out this morning and with the challenge in mind I added on a 2 min hula exercise at the end. It doesnt sound alot but I havent done the hula game for AGES and it really is a killer, so need to build myself back up on that one now. Got my bowl and fruit for my lunch today :D

    Hi Can I join please I am 60+ and as of this morning 102.3k I like Ks on my scales as they seem to show better results. ;)

    I weigh on Fridays then if I err over the weekend I have a few days to get it off again :D
    Do I need it or just want it.

    Hi pams dish - welscome to the [STRIKE]nuthouse[/STRIKE] sorry the fat club.

    I joined last week , more the merrier. I `m on slimming world, its ok been on it 10 days and going alright, I dont do kilos, sounds complicated....:)

    giggles - I found some Alpen Light Bars mmmmm. I can have two of these as my fibre choice. I cut up some apple and put it in fridge with some grapes....all I had, but last night went to get some and I must have the fridge too cold....brain freeze. ....So I put the grapes in the freezer....its ace. They last longer when I eat them, because I cant bite them I let them thaw out slowly.

    Just been to carvery with OH, only place I`ll go so I`m not tempted by menus and you can get 2 for £10 at toby or free icecreams with vouchers on their site....

    :oHi everyone - its quiet on here.

    I been to club this am...lost 1.5lbs, bit of a mixed reaction somehow. I wanted to lose two but am so glad I lost one and half.:)

    I seem to be clogged up. Bloated and that , dont know if its that time , water retention or not. Only next week will tell.

    Its bank holiday next week and hope to have a loss as its BBQ time monday night .:j

    Susan : Well done on the loss :D. I knwo sometimes when you have a number in your head it can seem disappointing if you dont reach it but then you have to remind yourself that a loss is a loss!

    Started a new job today (my first 'real' job) and they have a canteen full of yummy treats! eek! Also means that I am not going to be able to do the wiifit as often as I do at the minute. However, all staff can have a gym membership (onsite gym including personal trainers!) for 50p a month! You cant complain for that can you haha So think I will definately be signing up to that!

    sooo close to half a stone now haha wish the amount was going down quicker but slow and steady is good for long term (or so Im trying to keep telling myself!)

    Week 3 Challenge : Recipes

    Sometimes it can be difficult to get inspiration for what to eat, and having alot of repetition in your meals can cause boredom and you may risk straying off plan. So I thought we could help each other out with this :D

    I thought this week we could all share a recipe for a healthy lunch. It doesnt have to be complex, maybe even just what your favourite is. Also if you are on a plan (like SW or WWs) dont forget to pop down any values you know for the meal incase someone else follows the same plan :D.

    :hello: I'm back - for the time being anyway. Have been away from home since the end of last week except for the odd hour here and there. Sadly our friend passed away only ten days after being diagnosed. I know he is not suffering but it was still quite a blow. Food etc has been totally out of my control and can you imagine all those cups of tea and coffee during the night (sadly quite a few accompanied by bickies). So this weeks wi will not be taking place and hopefully things will get back on track from today. Did manage to get to gym last night and food will be good from today (promise).

    For last weeks challenge - I did manage to leave car on two occasions and walked for 15 mins (twice) but sadly I couldn't get to gym on sunday so that will probably cancel out the good from the walks.

    Thanks for this weeks challenge giggles - will put my thinking cap on and get back to you all later. Many thanks for your kind comments - much appreciated.

    Will have to get a move on as washing machine is needing my attention - roll on the day we have one that hangs the stuff out automatically when its done.

    Good luck everyone and will catch up with your all during the day.
