Legendmum I've just checked my old WW eating out guide and this is what I found:
Chicken Tikka (8 pieces no sauce) 8 points
Tandoori Chicken (half) 6 points
Vegetable Curry 10 points
Paratha 5 points
Pilau Rice 8 points
Plain Basmati rice 6.5 points
Plain nan 8 points
All the normal chicken curries are all over 17 points
Blue-eyed-girl They should look like this if I ever get the blimmin things finished...
If you're looking for cross-stitch have a look
Off to get back to my (nightmare) gloves - I can feel a snack-attack coming on0 -

I haven't really paid them much attention before - are they worth trying? Are there any particular items that you like? Don't think I will stand much chance now of getting anything in the sale though. But I think we all deserve a treat now and then - don't we?
Back to the subject of HCBs - I really really like them with a nice crumbly cheese inside. That lot would certainly give me strange dreams - no kidding. :rotfl:
Yummmmmmm!!! With Cheese. My mouth is watering at the thought!! :rotfl:So i just had some fat free yoghurt with a banana in it!! Boring!! Would much rather a HCB any day!!
I am a bit of a S&G addict. Some people love it and some hate it. I have tried most of it. The bath stuff and scrubs are lovley as well as the body butters. The pore mask was ok, just made my face so tingly so quickly, but it did feel good after. Have tried the make up wipes and the face stuff, they are ok, would use them if i was brought them but i do like No7 for my face bits, especially when you get the £5 off vouchers!! TBH im a bit of a toilitries junkie. Love it all!!

Hi all,
Well done on all the losses ladies, dont worry too much about the gains, It happens to us all from time to time.
Had a fab day on the food front today. Yog and fruit for breakfast. Had my Sainsburys delivery at 10 so cleaned my fridge and sorted out all the odd bits. Had a jacket with tuna for lunch. Made the hugest fritatta tonight with potatoes, courgettes and tomatoes, so had a chunk of that with salad tonight.
Cooking a large pot of shepards mince at the moment so i can make pies for DH and kids and then i can have free food, made loads of jellys, great if you need a little sweet something.
Legend- SW says that a Rogan Josh is the lowest sin value with plain boiled rice being free food, Bombay aloo not to bad. Having a curry tomorrow night too! Must be a day for it, its my mums birthday.
Keep motivated ladies!

Hi everyone, well done on the losses keep it up
well it was my OH birthday tues so we went for a meal,i didn't manage to finish it which usually i would have,so my stomach has shrunk which is fab.i got him a big choccy cake but he's not cut it yet so he said he will tonight so i will save my piece till the weekend when i have time off from healthy food.
ive also started a period this week aswell so that bloats u out, does anyone know if that will make a difference when i weigh in on sat?0 -
Don't you just hate sods law? Was so determined to get to the 11st mark that I think I've tried too hard, if that's possible, and after a midweek sneak preview have only got to 11st 3 and just a week to go before my holiday. Never mind, I'll do my best to lose another lb or two before I go, and have to say I'm pleased with the way clothes are fitting better already. Not going to risk changing my sig to 11st 3 as that's just tempting fate, I'll wait til my 'proper' weigh day, which is Sunday. Just going to have to change to a channel with more ad breaks
Well done everyone with losses, and to those who stayed the same hang in there, it'll soon go down again
Right, off to get my eyebrows waxed - that's got to be worth a few ounces, surely :rotfl:0 -
Well done everyone on your losses!!!
And thank you all for your advice on Wii fitness games! I'm still thinking about it. Also, while we're on the subject of the Wii, does the balance board have a weight limit?? I'm just considering all options here, and wouldn't want to spend money on it if I'm too blinking heavy for it and I break it!!! lol
Still not officially starting yet (waiting til after hubby's birthday at start of Feb!!), but getting mentally ready! Going to Zumba once a week so I'm proud of myself of that!
Question - I joined WW last year for 3 months when there was good offer on Quidco - basically worked out completely free! Does anyone know if there's anything like that around at the moment?
Thanks all!

Hiya everyone
Well done on the losses this week, I weighed in on Monday and had put on 1lb!!! Wasnt happy and ended up sabotaging my diet on Monday so am trying to get back on track.
cdsmiler I think the weight limit on the balance board is about 23 stone, we bought ours last year and OH was too heavy for it so he used it as an incentive to get there. Its the best thing weve bought as its used everyday.
Well off to marinade some chicken ready for wraps tonight
Lisa

Hi all,
Hoping I can join this a little late! People seem to be doing really well
Have been on the diet since Sunday now, meal planned out the week which has helped a bit but keep having things come up at the last minute which muck it up. Trying to substitute for something quicker to make from later in the week though so hopefully might still work. Not sure what I weigh at the moment as my stoopid scales have broken (am trying not to take it personally!!) but have measured so am hoping will lose some inches instead.
Main thing I have to worry about is other people tempting me - had a few friends round the other night and one of them brought a homemade banoffe pie. Managed to resist but since I went to bed early when I got up in the morning OH goes, "Oh, we saved you a piece in the fridge." *sighs* so that will be there tempting me when I get home0 -
Hello podperson I love banoffe pie so if you want you could send it to me to have with my coffee and that'll solve your problem :rotfl:
Welcome to the thread and good luck with your weight loss0
