Good luck satnav! (and wel done on the weight loss!) Youll feel it after the callanetics over the next few days - but its a good oww!

Weighed myself this morning and I dropped 3.5pounds last week so well chuffed! Now 15.5 stones from 16!

Was at a conference for work today - up v early but got home at a nice early time to compensate...there was so many yummy things including puddings at lunchtime but I was very very good. So, I treated myself to a biscuit with my cuppa when i got home!
  • Love your theory sparrer re eating quickly - I hadn't thought about it that way before :D I will have to bear this in mind :rotfl:Enjoy your holiday - hope you have a wonderful time with all those creamy fish curries and ice creams

Hope you enjoy TGIs Claire. We are still finding goodies leftover from xmas - gave so much away but we still have a couple of boxes of choccies. Have been very good with them so far - just having an odd one now and again. I daren't sit down with them besides me though - it's a case of out of sight.:o

Brilliant loss satnav :T:T Good luck for this week.

I think you certainly deserved your cuppa and biscuit Kelda after such a fantastic loss. Well done.:T:T

Keep up the good work everyone

I have three days left before my hol, leaving on Thurs pm so will pop in to record my last weigh in on Thursday am. Then it's 2 weeks of yummy curries - mostly fish cos that's what I like best and what they do best in Kerala :drool::drool:. I hear there's an ice-cream kiosk by the beach but you can't have ice cream on a low fat diet, right? Yeah, whatever :rotfl:

    Have a good week everyone,

Ooooh Kerala - Lovely! Jealous! Have a fab time..

Hi all. Sorry for being awol, life has the habit of getting in the way with blogging sometimes. Looks like we have had some fabulous weight loses, well done girls. I think the main thing is not to beat yourselves up if you had a bad week, we are all human and cannot be good 100% of the time. Sometimes we have to put ourselves on the back burner and see to family first and its not always possible to "do the diet" we should be proud of ourselves for sticking with it.

Mum2one sorry to hear about your knee, take things slowly and get yourself put right first. Thank you for keeping the thread up to date.

I have managed to get to my target for January and am really pleased with myself, I have set another for February of 4lbs and hope to hit it but I am going away for a long weekend this month so we will see what happens

Keep up the good work and good luck with your weigh ins x

Hi mum2one - sorry to hear that you are having a tough start to the year and hope that you get some physio sorted for your knee soon. If you are unable to move around very well it will make your efforts to lose weight even harder. Thanks for getting us all off to a flying start with this thread and keeping it up to date. Could I just mention that my weight loss for Jan is recorded as 4lb - unfortunately its only 3lb. Due to weigh in tomorrow but am I right in thinking that will go down for February total? Sorry to be a nuisance. :o Take care of yourself.:A

:T:jWell done flourgirl for hitting your January target and good to hear that you are still on the team. Hope you enjoy your weekend break. :j:T

If your weigh-in is looming - good luck everyone.

  • :hello: Morning all

Just had weigh-in ................... good news .................a loss of 2lbs (new weight 17st 1lb) - heading in the right direction. Would like to report my weight next week as 16st something.

My OH is taking me shopping today as its my birthday - isn't he a love . Looking forward to trying clothes on in a much smaller size than last year and even if I don't buy them knowing that if I wanted to I could. Reluctant to spend too much on clothes at the mo as size keeps changing (hope it continues in a downward fashion). This probably sounds as though I am quite mental - trying stuff on and not buying anything - the ways some people get their kicks. :D I try now to avoid Evans and the like and only use them as a last resort. Quite a few shops now stock size 22 even though they may not have a full range of stuff - I think things are improving.

Going out for a lovely family meal tomorrow at my favourite italiano restaurant. Really looking forward to it. Will probably have a few little bits and pieces today that I haven't had for what seems like ages but will try to save myself for tomorrow. Gym session tonight - hope I'm not too tired after all that shopping :rotfl:

Keep up the good work everyone

I'm hanging my head in shame - caught the lurgy and the diet and exercise went out the window. As soon as I feel better I'll get back into it. Need to catch up on you all
