    Hi Girls

Hope I'm still on the team :) just dont have enough hours in the day at the moment and not sure why.

You are all doing really well and I'm proud of you, and its ok to have a treat now and then and get straight back on the wagon (easier said than done). Maybe I should practice what I preach! No weight loss for me this week :(:( I didn't write anything down, so it just goes to show that is what I need to do. Diary started yesterday again and I was really good :D

Going to the hairdressers in a mo to get the hair cut short  maybe that might be another ounce lost without trying:rotfl:

Good luck with the WI's everyone.

Have a good day and think THIN.... we CAN do it xx

Thanks for the good wishes ladies!

Well I weighed last night and pleased to see that since last weighing in the Summer (after 3 months ish of WW) I've only put on 1lb! Really surprised!

So, I wasn't going to post my starting weight, but I can see we're all shapes and sizes on here, so here we go. Starting weight is 19st 4.5 lb. Here we go!! Using 'MyFitnessPal' app on my iPhone to record everything I eat and drink. Saves me rejoining WW for now!!

    Good luck everyone else!

Congratulations to all the losers this week :T:T:T

flourgirl  Ooh happy new haircut.

cdsmiler that's a great result :T I've heard of that app and it's supposed to be really good. As flourgirl said - I think writing everything down really makes a difference.

I'm pleased to report that I did my exercises last night - even though OH was kicked off the TV and sent to the bedroom cos he puts me off :rotfl: Day two tonight - I'll report back tomorrow and if I tell you I haven't done it can someone please kick my butt.
  • Morning everyone,

Just a quick update - weighed in this morning and its a loss of 1lb (now weigh 17st 0lb). Considering I had two days off so to speak in a big way - it might have been worse. Looking forward to scales showing 16st something - that's my challenge for next week. ;)

Well done dee on your couple of pounds - I haven't really got into the whole ebay thing. Have looked at it a few times but never got round to setting up an account and paypal etc. Perhaps it could become my new pastime - keeping me out of the kitchen and make some pennies into the bargain. :rotfl:Will let you know if I get around to it - it's on the list with loads of other 'must do' things.

Course you're still on the team flourgirl. I must admit my food journal has become a bit of a hit and miss affair - got to get back into it as I am sure it does help. I think the drastic haircut might smack of desperate measures mind you ;) Good luck for this week.

oooohh what damage I could have done since the summer cdsmiler - brilliant that you have only gained a pound - I would probably have been a few stone heavier :D Let us know how you are getting along.

Well done with your exercise Pep - how dare your OH try to put you off - bet he's sooo proud of you though :)

Good luck with your weigh-ins - I've got quite a busy day today and its off to the gym tonight.

Thanks guys - I thank Zumba - only been going once a week (and didn't go at all in December!) but I reckon it's helped keep my weight the same while I've stuffed my face!! lol Went last week - according to the internet an hour of Zumba can work off between 500 - 800 calories!

THe MyFitnessPal seems to be going ok so far - difficult when putting in proper homemade food though!! lol

    Well done everyone!

  • FYI the wii (and i think other consoles) are bringing out a ZUMBA 'game' in March :j

You dont need a balance board, but it comes with a waist strap (which you put the remote in, so it can detect your hip movements). Cant remember how much it costs, i think in the region of £25

blue-eyed-girl Yay! congrats on the loss - 1 more to go and you'll be in the 16's :T:T You're right he is proud of me, I just feel really self-conscious when I'm exercising, maybe because I have no coordination :rotfl: Anyhoo he was kicked into the kitchen last night to make the dinner while I took over the TV so day two done. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I'm gonna redo day 1 again.

satnav Do you know if they're only bringing it out for the Wii? I've came to the conclusion that game ones are sooo much better than DVD's - at least they have some variety. I always find listening to the same blah blah blah over and over on a dvd gets really annoying after a while.

Keep up the good work guys and I'll catch you later.

£25 for Wii, £30 for Xbox 360 & £33 for the PS3. ive just seen that the xbox360 version is already out, and there are a few reviews on there - mostly positive.
