I fancy that Zumba too - trouble is the weight I am now, I feel like an elephant, so I just stick to walking.

I'm happy to announce that I lost another 2lbs on Monday. 13lbs off so far. I also reached my 5% target the week before last.

I'm doing well at the moment, and keeping active due to my new pedometer. Considering I only walk to school and back, and then potter around the house all day - its surprising how many points I am earning. ;) The pedometer certainly makes you more aware, and I'm trying to up the excercise a bit more.

Ooooo now first reactions to that Zumba game was 'I want!'. However......I'm a little concerned that I'll get annoyed by possible American instructors. (sorry if that offends any Americans on here!!) So I shall wait and see me thinks.

Had a boo boo today. There was a chippie run in work. I didn't have my usual chips, sausage in batter and curry sauce, but DID have two potato fritters (batter - evil!) and curry sauce instead. So not as filling, but still very bad. Must do better. Especially only two days in!!!! Never mind, food shopping after my late finish tonight, so see if I can pick up some healthy bits....

Susan is there a particular persons name ? been lurking and know what you're talking about ;) (brilliant blog competition too ;) )

Hangs head in shame - the alarm in my work had a fault yesterday and wouldn't stop going off so I ended up going home with a splitting sore head so no exercise for me last night.... Hold head up again - I had a sneaky mid week peak at the scales this morning and I'm down a lb - only one more to go before Monday and I've got my 2lb per week nailed :j
