oh thank you for that :D shame havent got stairs i live in a bungalow :( hmm not sure if anyone would come out with me, and hubby cant as he is disabled and cant go far at all, never mind i will try on the spot its got to be better than nothing apart from sitting here with rubblerling tummy :rotfl::rotfl:

The way I look at it, even if its 5 mins of exercise, maybe before xmas that 5 mins wouldn't have been done.

Maybe when the weather gets better go for a walk in a daytime. xx

A massive well done, theres brilliant weight losses out there, whether its 1lb, 4lbs etc thats gone off, the way to look at it is, those are pounds that have been lost, that maybe wouldn't of been, so we all deserve a pat on the back.

I'm still working through the xmas cakes, chocs etc, - but whereas before I would of had the tub of celebrations on the table, and they wouldn't last a day in this house, now ok I'm eating a bit, but as there in the kitchen have to make an effort to get them.

Apologies for now being around and the quick catch up, unfortunately Miss Hoodie (DD), decided to share her sickness bug through the household!

Off to c GP 2mor, ask about dieticians etc, inbetween times cutting back, and from tomorrow keeping a food diary for 2 weeks to see where the trigger points are, hoping that - will make sense and give me something to work form.

Will be catching up with the list of names this week, I might not be with you in body, but I am soul xx

Hi everyone!....does anyone know if theres a group on facebook up and running that i can join? thanks :)
  • Hi Girls,

Everyone is doing fab!! Whether is 1/2 a pound or 6 lbs be PROUD. Its all a loss. The pic of the fat is a great way to look at it.

I did Cambridge a few years ago. Lost 3 stone nearly which was great at the time but found it so mentally tough and missed the social side of eating so much, with my kids mostly but also with my friends too. The weight went on reasonably quickly once i started to eat again. I found it a quick fix rather than a lifelong plan.

Had a manic week this week. Kids back to school so thats more exercise every day, also been to Zumba class which was great. Very relaxed and great fun, you can work as hard as you like at it. Really enjoyed it.

Had a great weigh in at SW last night. Lost 5lbs this week - now 13st 8lbs. So pleased as reached my 1.5 stone award and also my club 10 which means ive lost 10% of the total weight i started with. Dead chuffed, as i was also SOTW too. Has made me feel so motivated for this week. Booked Zumba again for friday so hopefully that will get things moving.

Keep motivated girls, any loss is a loss.

Welsh Poppy Will do - just need to save up some cash to actually do it now :j.

I think I'll print of the pic of the 1lb of fat and stick it to my fridge - that'll stop me raiding it!

Fell of the wagon last night  - I had a really sore head and ended up eating rubbish all night. Back to it again today...

Great weight losses out there :j:j:j:j:j:j

WI for me today and I only lost 1lb but its still 1lb off and a total of 5lb over 2 weeks, I think last weeks was fluid and this week we are down to the hard fat!! I'm not too upset by it cos I know I only lose weight very slowly, trouble is I want to go to bed a size 18 and wake up a 10 lol I did a food and freezer inventory yesterday and its mostly healthy food so I have no excuse, if its not there I cant have it!

Just looked at Mr M's website and the ww offers are still on for the frozen meals and desserts.

Have a good day everyone and keep up the fantastic work xx
  • Wd everyone seems to be doing well:j I have been really bad and ate loads of junk last 2 days was my DD second birthday so alot of it was party food that was left over :o
