Morning everyone - well i've done it. This mornings official weigh-in gives me a loss of ............wait for it girls.................llb...........giving me a total loss of 5st llb (new weight 17st 5lb ouch). I refrained from saying only a llb as i remembered theee pic of a llb of fat and I must look and feel better without that lot being attached :rotfl:

Just had some porridge for brekkie as i have a long day today ending with my session at the gym.

If it's your weigh-in today - good luck and well done everyone with the weight losses so far.

Remember we can do it together.

  • Hi

Went out the the family for a meal last night. While the others were all eating XXL Burgers with chips, I managed to have roast chicken with mash and veg. It was probably the healthiest thing on the menu.

Good point about moving around when the adverts are on. If you've got a wii fit, you can set it up to do free step and you can still watch the TV at the same time. I've done this quite frequently while watching corrie. Its a bit boring, but not so bad if the programmes are good lol.

  • zumba was so much fun I was worried about co-ordination but in the end I didnt care no one was looking at me just doing there own thing  I liked it that much me and my pals have decided to do it for 2 hrs next week rather than the 1  finishing work today then will have tuna salad for lunch and then get on with my dvd workout. :D

    Afternoon all,

Does this thread have an official weigh in day? I know I'm not officially starting until Feb, but Thought it wouldn't hurt to weigh now, and just before I officially start in Feb to see how I do normally! lol

Well done everyone! Oh, and Zumba's fab! Went last night - first one since end of Nov (blinking snow....)!

Thanks for your words of encouragement pep-pop. I see what you mean about the ads - we record most things too and then zap through the ads - and there I was waiting for them to come on so that I could start to move around. Will have to have a re-think :rotfl:Good luck with your points today.

:T Chelle - well done on your menu choice - sometimes its a case of damage limitation and choosing something that will impact the least on our challenge. Sometimes though if you really fancy something and it wont go away - I find have it, get over it and move on. ;)

Ooohh I think the ads are about to come - see how many times I can go up and down the stairs

blue_eyed_girl I thought the ad break exercise was a brilliant idea as I do much sitting, so I gave it a try and managed 4 1/2 sets - but what happens when the ads end, the programme starts and you're at the top of the stairs? ;)

I really wanted to come down to watch the last part, too...it was CDWM :rotfl:

Much more 'interesting' suggestion than putting tv on upstairs, lying on bed and finishing programme upstairs :rotfl:

Lazy meal tonight - ww chicken hotpot with veggies and then its off to the gym (yippee).

Will be watching out for more suggestions to sparrers query :(

    Byeee everyone
