    Hi All

I have decided to finally do something about my weight. I joined slimming world (with the voucher in Bella). I have joined this challange, and I now feel ready to reveal my weight to the rest of the MSE community.

    27st 7llb:eek:

I hope to lose at least 10llb a month. My mini challange for this month is also to be T Total, yes you heard it first here no booze for a whole 31 days if that doesn't give my diet a boost nothing will.

    Good Luck Every One

    Dee

    :hello:

Just hadd some porridge for brekkie - I'm starting to quite enjoy it - going for exercise class this morning so I thought it would give me a bit more energy :rotfl:

Good luck dee - I did SW many years ago and lost several stones - my trouble is keeping it off. Keep reading the posts and hopefully we will keep each other at it.

Welocme to the thread Dee - you CAN do it. Keep posting back how you are doing and we'll all help each other.

Kyi - well done on drawing a line under it. It's done, it's in the past - now back on the wagon so to speak. Well done on your run, I could never do that, even if I was thin, so I admire you immmensly. I stick to my wii or walking.

Legend - What a start - 6 whole lbs. Well done you. Woohoo. Keep it up - you're an inspiration.

Come on girls - we CAN do it.!!!

Hi to our new ladies, you have come to the right place for your weight loss suport, we are a friendly bunch and all have the same goal in mind, to feel better about ourselves and look after our health, if we have a good laugh along the way then we will be burning extra calories too :D

Legend WOW what a start! -6lbs how fantastic!!

elysia sounds like you are getting to grips with the new ww pro points.

PepPop glad to see you have made it over here too, well done.

Dee just stick with it and you will get there, slow and sure is the way to go. Well done for taking the brave step and recording your weight publicaly. I daren't put mine in my sig just yet :o

I have been very good even if I havent posted for a couple of days, but I have been at work. For those who don't know, I work in a Bakers shop so I am surrounded by cakes, fresh cream, crusty bread all shapes and sizes and lots of yummy cooked meats!!!!! The only thing I ate was a small breadcake with lean ham in the middle for my lunch. I think DH was a bit dissapointed I didn't bring him a bun home!

Today its a soup and pudd day, I have a pan of veggie soup simmering and will probably have one of the ww desserts I bought the other day. Lunch was a ham sandwich and 2 slices of fresh pineapple. Not been on the Wii yet today, but noticed my BMI had dropped down a bit yesterday.

Flourgirl - I just don't know how you managed it - being around cakes all day. OH is a postman, (walks miles a day) and can eat what he likes, and he's brought cream cakes home twice this week, and they're always in a pack of two - ohhhhh the torture.

    Witchwoopiggy - 4cms off waist that's fantastic. That's nearly a dress size. :j

Oops - just remembered, thanks Flourgirl for the reminder. I was just about to have lunch but I'll think I'll go on the wii first. :D

:TThank you Elysia2003 for your encouraging words. The thing Ive had problems with in the past is not letting one slip ruin it but hopefully I have finally learnt not to be to intense.
I could kick myself I worked up to a half marathon a while ago but let it go and have to start all over again and now I have put so much weight on it is going to be slow progress but worth it as it knocks the weight off once you start running for 30mins+ non stop

    Have a good day everyone:)

I am struggling girls. I am doing Cambridge and am struggling with the mental wants of not being able to have any food at all. The scales say I have lost 5.2lbs this week. I was hoping for more.

My friend wants me to joing WW with her. But my biggest problem for leaving is the fact I know my husband will take the pi$$ out of me for giving in. My 8yr old daughter on the other hand hates this diet and wants her Mommy back at the dinner table.!

WelshPoppy Mmmm Home made mushroom soup sounds YUMM

Legendmum and witchwoopiggy :j:j whoooo hoooo :T:T Great weight loss!!!

    Flourgirl hello-011.gif

Diddly I don't know anything about the Cambridge diet but you just need to do what's best for you, not your friend or family and don't be pressurised into anything

Well day 2 of counting points and so far so good although I did use up some with iced gingerbread that OH brought in yesterday. I decided as long as I counted it I wasn't going to suffer while he ate it all to himself. I've batch cooked all my dinners for the next two weeks so that should keep me on the straight and narrow and not resort to takeaways - my major downfall.

Keep going we CAN do it!!
