Morning,
My weigh in hasn't gone to plan as I stood on the scales and realised they were broken! Unless I weigh 7 stone suddenly :rotfl:
I'll be sorting the wii fit out in a bit, so I'll weigh myself on there. I've had a good start to my first morning so far, just Weetabix for breakfast and no snacks yet. I'll be going for my driving lesson soon, so that should take my mind off of food for a bit.
I'll post again once I've discovered my real weight for the day. Hope everyone manages a good day today0 -

I'd like to join too please.
I lost about 3 stone on ww 10 years ago and have slowly and surely put most of it back on (surprise surprise)
As I know I can do it and still have all the books etc I'm not going to the classes but will go it alone and see how I get on.
My starting weight on monday 3rd January was 13st 13lbs and I have managed to track and stick to my points so far this week lol. My target is 11 st, even though I should be less than this, but I dont want to set my sights too high - or low if you know what I mean.
I work in an office so am sitting down all day. I dont tend to do much exercise but now have a wiifii and even though it tells me im obese - it then says it can see "youre no stranger to exercise"
I will weigh in again every monday.

hi chelle - welcome to our bit, i dont exercise at all and i started at that weight, just go slow take your time and chat when you feel like it

My diet is going pretty well, I've managed to avoid all the chocs/mince pies/other naughty things that we still have in the house and at work. Other people at work are dieting too so that helps a bit. I've also tried to do at least 1/2 hour on Wii Fit most nights.
I weighed myself on the Wii again last night, I've lost 2lbs since Sunday :j. I'm so pleased, it makes everything worth it when I see it's actually working.Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
please can i join you. I gave up smoking 21 months ago, and have gone from 10st to 11st 8lbs (i don't do kg's!!) i want to get my figure back!! I think this is a great idea, :T0

Evening Ladies, id love to join in. I weighed myself on Monday 3rd January, and im 17st 12lb:eek:
I lost 1 stone last year, and i have managed to keep it off. I cant exercise much, as i have Arthritis , and Fibromalgia. So will just be healthy eating. I need to lose weight for health reasons really.

Hi everyone - especially our new members. Just been trying to catch up with all the new posts before I have my meal so that I will be inspired by how good you have all been. I'm going to have salmon with a vegetable rice with extra veggies followed by fruit of some sort for dessert - stocks are low - big shop due in the morning. I have been quite good for the rest of the day too - so hopefuly my head is back in the right place.
To give you an update on the gym visit and weigh-in last night. Well I managed to stay the same over the hols - so I'm declaring my weight at 17st 6lbs - hopefully a bit less next weigh-in. As far as the gym went - well I managed 30 mins total on treadmill and bike and I felt totally done in at the end of it. I will be back at the weekend for an excercise class so (fingers crossed) my cold will have gone and I will be able to do more. Thinking on a positive note - no matter how little I did - it was more than sitting on the sofa watching the soaps
Back to keeing a food journal to keep a track of what is going passed my lips.

Had a good day been out all day so not sitting about
had baked beans and eggs for lunch
frozen mixed fruit with Total 0%
having cauliflower cheese with the sauce made from laughing cow cheese mixed with milk
I am not going to a group as I have the SW books but will be putting £5 a week that I would have paid away for holiday with a friend

WoW! So many posts to catch up on! But well done to all those that have lost weight last year (and some with substantial losses at that) and to those who've lost since Christmas!
Just been to SW and I've lost 1.5lbs this week which is good considering NEw Year. My aim now is 2lbs a week! (Fingers crossed!)
